Mondo Technology Updated on 2024-03-02

The following steps are usually followed to operate the through-feed automatic sandblasting machine:

Safety preparation: Wear protective glasses, masks, gloves and protective clothing before work. Make sure that both the weathering tank and the air compressor at the work site are in good working order. Make sure all breathing equipment, locations, and possible shelters are within the necessary operating range.

Debugging equipment: Adjust the machine parameters according to the size, model and material of the workpiece, including sandblasting speed, particle thickness, etc. Make sure these settings are adapted to your blasting needs.

Loading the workpiece: The workpiece to be blasted is placed on the conveyor belt.

Start the machine: Turn on the power switch to let the machine start running, and after the sandblasting machine is started, open the weathering tank and the sandblasting action begins.

Monitor the process: pay close attention to the operation of the machine and the processing of the workpiece, and stop the machine immediately if there is any abnormality.

Turn off the machine: When it is done, first stop the weathering tank, then stop the power switch, let the conveyor belt stop completely, and the sandblasting action is over.

Cleaning and maintenance: After each use, the particles and dust on the machine should be cleaned up, and the machine should be maintained regularly to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

Safety precautions: After the sandblasting work is completed, the distillate tank should be depressurized and the power supply of the through-through sandblasting equipment should be cut off to ensure the safety of workers and the normal state of the equipment. Properly dispose of exhaust gases and waste dust, and comply with the corresponding environmental regulations.

Note: Different types and brands of through-feed automatic sandblasting machines may have different operating steps and precautions. Before operating, make sure to read and understand the user manual or the operating guide provided by the manufacturer.
