According to Anting, 2024 is the 10th anniversary of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei as a national strategy. The fields of transportation, environmental protection, and ecology are being further promoted as priority development areas, and lasting synergy should be promoted in the fields of talent, education, and science and technology. First, the allocation of school library resources is uneven. On the whole, Beijing's abundant reading resources have outstanding advantages in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. At the same time, the level of library construction and collection resources of primary and secondary schools are different, and rural areas, general schools or branch schools are relatively backward. In terms of the content of the collection, there are few new books, especially those that fit the interests of children.
Second, students have little time to read and lack of communication and interaction. In particular, primary and secondary school students' reading time and interactive communication are mainly concentrated in the school. Parents generally place more emphasis on subject learning, and the higher the grade, the less time and resources are allocated for free reading.
Third, the utilization rate of library resources in the school is low. School library resources cannot take into account the commonality and personality of children of different ages.
Based on the above problems, the Ann Ting put forward three suggestions.
1.Resource sharing to enrich the construction of campus books.
It is suggested that the library resources of high-quality schools in Beijing and Tianjin should be the mainstay, supplemented by student donations, and relying on the existing cross-regional cooperation channels such as education groups, inter-school alliances, and pairing assistance, to carry out regular and quantitative book exchange and flow, open up the sharing and sharing of digital book resources, and improve the resource utilization rate and circulation rate.
2.Co-ordinate and linkage to form a high-quality reading brand.
It is suggested that the Beijing propaganda system and the education system should join hands to select reading education experts and reading promotion experts who love reading and are enthusiastic about public welfare, and set up a tour group of famous teachers, so as to gradually build a reading guidance ecosystem with Beijing as the center, linking Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei, radiating all parts of the country, and having a strong ability to open up and absorb. 3.The society works together to continuously enrich the reading scene.
It is suggested that we should fully tap and make use of the resources of the three places at the social level such as libraries, exhibition halls, bookstores, coffee shops, etc., expand the reading activities of the unified brand, continuously increase the reading scene in the linkage of the three places, enhance the attraction of young people, and gradually influence and radiate reading activities to the society through "small hands join big hands", further deepen the reading of the whole people, and promote the construction of scholarly Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei.
