Previously, after the Gaohe explosion, Ding Lei said that the time window for rescue was only three months, and many companies expressed investment or cooperation intentions. Among them, Chang'an is included.
At the end of February, Ding Lei visited Chang'an and negotiated with Chairman Zhu Huarong that Changan Automobile intends to take over Gaohe and will acquire 51% of Gaohe's shares. In this regard, Zhu Huarong said: "We are talking, and we are far from 'proper'. ”
