Flexibility is essential for success

When we encounter setbacks, the first thing we need to do is to find a new hope right away. It doesn't matter if this hope can be realized in the future, or even whether it is really a "worthwhile" hope, as long as you find one, and then allow yourself to seriously plan, work on, and pursue in this direction. Don't care about what happens to it in the future, at least for now, you can quickly forget the pain of failure, end the painful end early, and feel hopeful and enthusiastic again.

Too strong is not as good as moderate flexibility. We should have a little more resilience and be able to bend and turn when necessary. Something that is too hard is easy to break. Only those who are not only hard, but more flexible and elastic, can overcome more difficulties and overcome more setbacks.

Usually we admire a person's fierceness, saying that it is "rather bend than bend". However, there are also more times, when we have more important things to do, more noble tasks to accomplish, when the power of our life has not yet been fully realized, if we know how to bend without bending, we may need more wisdom, courage and perseverance.

It's best not to take the momentary troubles too seriously. On the one hand, you have to believe that everybody has problems. On the other hand, you have to believe that you will never go on like this. After a while, you will always find something that is worth living happily for it. If we are only anxious about the difficulty of satisfying the big hope, and ignore the achievement of the small hope that paves the way, we will end up with the failure to achieve that great hope. This is the reason why the sages advised us to "think big and start small".

One cannot be without hope. Although hope may not be realized, in the process of hope, we will increase the courage to survive because of the encouragement of hope.

100 steels into finger softness". After a person has been tempered a lot, he will become a pure steel with soft fingers. And a person who is as supple as pure steel is a person who is as tough as pure steel. We should make ourselves strong, but we should not let ourselves lack the resilience to overcome rigidity with softness. A person who can endure is not necessarily a weak person. Superficial toughness is sometimes enough to bring irreparable defeat. As long as you know how to tolerate, as long as you tolerate with grace and purpose, as long as you can turn tolerance into inner strength, your tolerance is precious and strong.

Success cannot be achieved by being smart alone, but by a kind of perseverance. Too neurotic, too sensitive, too fragile is an obstacle to success, and we must be able to withstand setbacks and humiliations before we can complete the journey and achieve the goal of success.

If you want to succeed, you need to be a little resilient. People who can only face success, not failure, and feel frustrated when they encounter setbacks are weak. This kind of person has a competitive heart, but because he lacks the toughness to endure setbacks, he will be the first to fail and the first to give up his efforts.

A person who is spoiled by the environment often feels that victory should be attributed to him unconditionally, and once he leaves the environment that spoils him, he is placed on the same status as others, receives the same treatment, the same test, and is measured by the same standards, he will feel that he has nothing!

Moments of humiliation and disappointment are the key to every competitive person starting to fail. If you are strong, you will endure the humiliation and seek affirmation from the denial. Of course, that takes perseverance and time. And if you are weak, you will inevitably give up on yourself, admit failure, and give up on what you might have achieved.

Being denied is a painful thing, but denial is progressive. A person must pass the test in an unfamiliar environment, and the score obtained is a positive score. When a person is frustrated, he must have the courage to review himself from the beginning, enrich himself with an open mind, and then find opportunities to pass the test of an unfamiliar environment, in order to hope for real success.

There is no such thing as absolute success. There are people outside the world, and there are heavens outside the sky. We must not be complacent, let alone discouraged. A person who does his best to achieve the maximum success within his own ability is a successful person.

Although success is like a competition, the one who runs in front is the most successful. But it's not exactly a competition, and another meaning of success is "creation". Don't follow the group of people to compete, but find your own way, give full play to your own strengths, show your own characteristics, and find your own success.

Other people's criticism and encouragement are just a reference for you. And the standard of true success is determined by your own heart. It has to be high enough, far enough; It has to be something that you have to do your best to get there. Otherwise, you're appeasing yourself.

There is no one who encounters setbacks and is not depressed. It's just that some people will never be able to cheer up because of this, while others can immediately readjust and exert more strength after a temporary depression, so that the enemy who was still sneering just now will not be able to collapse.

To taste the taste of overcoming difficulties is as painful as fighting on the front line! Hate the resistance that prevents you from succeeding as much as you hate an aggressor!

People worship heroes. If you stop in front of the forces that stand in your way, you will immediately become the object of ridicule!

Take your suffering as a rare experience, endure the pain of the moment to experience it, and you will understand life better than anyone else because of it.

A person who has always lived in good times has a superficial understanding of life compared to a person who has experienced risks.

No matter how good the past is, it always passes. No matter how much success there has been in the past, it's not worth showing off. Only the present is worth grasping, and only the success of the future is the success worth looking forward to.

Don't be proud of the successes you've had. Don't think that we are satisfied with some achievements now, we must hang our ideal goals higher and farther, and strive for greater success.
