The project is located in Group 5, Baita Community, Mulongwan Community Group, Tianhui Town Street, Jinniu District, Chengdu, adjacent to Jusha Road on the east and south sides, adjacent to the Bihe Ecological Belt in the north, and planned roads in the west, with a total area of 16,61331 square meters (24.)92 acres), consisting of a 21-storey high-rise tower building with a three-storey (partial two-storey) hotel + local commercial (of which 1-14F is a hotel + local commercial, 15-21F is a rental building and a 3-storey low-rise commercial building, with a total construction area of about 5510,000 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is about 3390,000 square meters, with an underground construction area of about 2120,000 square meters; Commercial area 633851 square meters, hotel area 2053468 square meters, 164 affordable rental houses, area 622556 sqm.
At present, the main building of the project has been repaired to the 11th floor, and the podium to the 3rd floor building is undergoing foundation construction. Wei Ran, the person in charge of the Mulong Bay Commercial Complex project, said that the project obtained the construction permit on February 10, 2023 and officially entered the construction stage. The main construction of the project will start in March 2024, and it is expected to complete the capping of the main body in June this year, the construction of the main flat in November, and the completion in April 2025.
It is reported that the project focuses on the theme of the wedding industry, combined with the property form and natural ecological resources of the project, and plans to create consumption scenarios such as wedding industry, hotel operation, banquet restaurant, youth play and outdoor leisure, and build it into the leading wedding-themed commercial complex in the north of the city.
