Insulated wires of the same AC circuit should not be worn in different metal conduits or laid in different metal slot boxes. Except as required by the design, insulated conductors for different circuits, different voltage levels, and AC and DC lines should not be threaded into the same conduit.
Before the insulated wire is threaded, the debris and stagnant water in the pipe should be removed, and the nozzle of the conduit should be installed with a wire protection port before threading. The joint should be set in the special junction box (box) or appliance, not in the conduit and slot box, and the box (box) should be set in a position that is easy to maintain.
In addition to the plastic sheathed wire, the insulated wire should be protected by a conduit or a slot box, and should not be exposed. When multi-phase power supply is used, the color of the insulation layer of the insulating wire of the same building or structure should be the same.
It is not advisable to lay insulated wires and cables at the same time in the same slot box. Lines with no anti-interference requirements in the same path can be laid in the same slot box; The total cross-sectional area of the insulated conductor in the slot box (including the jacket) should not exceed 40% of the cross-sectional area in the slot box, and the current-carrying conductors should not exceed 30.
When non-power lines such as control and signal are laid in the same slot box, the total cross-sectional area of the insulated conductor should not exceed 50% of the cross-sectional area in the slot box.
The total cross-sectional area of the insulated conductor at the branch joint (including the outer sheath) should not be greater than 75% of the cross-sectional area in the point box (box).
The insulated wire should be left with a certain margin in the slot box, and should be tied in sections according to the loop, and the spacing between the binding points should not be greater than 15 meters; When laid vertically or at an inclination greater than 45 degrees, the insulated wire should be fixed on the special parts in the slot box in sections, and each section should have at least one fixed point; When the length of the straight line segment is greater than 3When 2 meters, the spacing between its fixed points should not be greater than 16 meters; The wires in the slot box should be arranged neatly and orderly.
After the laying is completed, the cover plate of the slot box should be reset, and the cover plate should be complete, flat and firm. The junction box (box) connected with the slot box should be surface-mounted box (box); After the wiring project is completed, the box (box) cover plate should be complete and intact.
