3.PTFE: It has excellent high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and is suitable for temperature t 232 and nominal pressure pn 64MPa globe valves, gate valves, ball valves, etc.

4.Cast iron: suitable for temperature t 100, nominal pressure pn 16MPa, used for gas and oil gate valves, globe valves, plug valves, etc.

5.Babbitt: suitable for temperature t-70 150, nominal pressure pn 25MPa shut-off valve for ammonia.

6.Copper alloy: with excellent wear resistance, suitable for temperature t 200, nominal pressure pn 1In 6MPa water and steam, it is often used in gate valves, globe valves, check valves, plug valves, etc.

7.Chromium stainless steel: quenched and tempered, with excellent corrosion resistance, suitable for water, steam and petroleum media with temperature T 450 and nominal pressure T 32MPa.

8.Incontinol stainless steel: It has good corrosion resistance, erosion resistance and heat resistance, and is suitable for temperature T 600 and nominal pressure T 64MPa steam, nitric acid and other media.

9.Nitriding steel: It has good corrosion resistance and scratch resistance, and is suitable for power station gate valves with temperature T 540 and nominal pressure PN 10MPa.

10.Boronite: It is used to improve the wear resistance of the valve sealing surface material, and is suitable for power station blowdown valves.

When selecting valve sealing materials, it is necessary to comprehensively consider factors such as the type of medium, temperature, pressure and the working environment of the valve.
