First of all, since in the system, in the eyes of ordinary people, it should be a kind of stable work to ensure income in drought and flood, why do you feel depressed?! What about promotions, relationships, hobbies, or career choices?
Secondly, as far as I am concerned, I am engaged in the work of the system, and I am a teacher in the middle school of the county town, although the working hours are often 6 in the morning and 9 in the evening, which is very hard, but I think the work in the system also has the following benefits:
1. Stable work, stable wages, drought and flood income, although it is impossible to be blessed and expensive, the level of food and clothing is definitely not a problem.
2. For your own work, you can do your best, you don't have to care too much about the result, it is easy to fall into the quagmire of perfectionism, why bother?! To put it bluntly, in this job, as long as you are stable and do not make mistakes of principle, you can basically leave your post and retire safely if you do a good job or a bad job.
3. As for the leader's eyes, in a word, you can see it, you can not look at it, or even ignore it. I do my job in a down-to-earth manner, and I can have a clear conscience. To put it bluntly, we do our job well in order to be worthy of the job and the remuneration we deserve, not to lead.
4. Take 10,000 steps back and say, if you are really desperate in the system, you can resign and leave. There is no grass at the end of the world, there is no master here, there is a place to stay here, take a step back and open the sky. The tree dies, and the man lives. Maybe you can break out of another world, this society, as long as you have real skills, you will have food to eat!
