How to use an electric oven

Electric ovens are very easy to use. Ordinary electric ovens usually have three knobs: "temperature regulation", "heating mode" and "timer". There is also a "convection" mode at the high end. Let's use a regular electric oven to demonstrate.

How to use:

Select the heating mode and set the baking temperature.

Once preheated, place the food in a container with a baking sheet in the middle of the oven. And set the baking time. Don't stuff food too slowly, so as not to affect air circulation.

When baking is complete, zero the "Temperature Adjustment" knob. Open the door and let it dry for a few hours.

Maintenance of the electric oven

When the electric oven has cooled, wipe the inner wall with a damp cloth.

The glass on the door is cleaned with detergent.

The heating tube is treated with cooking oil and then with detergent.

Do not turn on other high-power electrical appliances at the same time, so as not to cause disasters.
