Life is between a breath and a breath

I practiced breathing today.

It's not much better than before, and breathing is still a pain point for me.

Before exercising, I never thought that breathing still needs special training and learning.

Because each of us breathes all the time of the day, about tens of thousands of times a day, I instinctively think that I can breathe.

But after taking the class, I found that this was not the case at all.

Exhale, the stomach bulges, and the exhale also includes exhaling to the back, exhaling to the lumbar spine, and so on.

Inhale, tighten the abdomen, not the belly, but the core.

The reason that frustrates me with breathing is that I haven't learned to inhale properly, and more often than not, I'm using something other than my abdomen.

The coach comforted me and said, don't be frustrated. If we teach you all the movements, it won't reflect our value.

For this purpose, the coach also prepared balloons to assist in breathing.

Breathing in and out and making movements, my brain is simply busy.

The mind has to think about when to exhale and when to inhale, and the body has to follow the breath to make movements.

Those who are not skilled, such as me, tend to be in a hurry.

For example, if the action is done, and the correct breathing does not keep up, it is easy to hold the breath.

When I think about breathing, my movements are not smooth.

In short, I can take care of this end, but I can't take care of that end.

Strange people say that fitness is the first thing to strengthen the brain.

Our brains are too active, and our bodies are too sluggish.

After breathing is practiced, the time for people to exhale and breathe is relatively long.

Now I don't finish the action yet, and it ends early with a breath or inhale, and I need to continue in the middle.

It's like when we run a long distance, when we reach the finish line as a buffer, some people breathe short and short, and some people breathe long and slow.

Learning to breathe correctly can help us tighten our core better, not only to slim down the stomach, but also to tighten the core is often emphasized in strength training, and more to bring breathing into our daily life to benefit our body and mind.

After all, the time for exercising in the gym is still limited, and it is more important to integrate the movements and essentials learned in training into daily life, pay attention to your own physical changes, and replace the bad habits in life with the good habits learned from exercise, so I think the real meaning of exercise lies.
