The former site of the Manchuria Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China is located at No. 40, Guangguang Street, Nangang District, Harbin City, which is the only old site of the Manchuria Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China preserved in Harbin, and is the "General Headquarters" and "Document Library" of the Communist Party of China leading the Northeast People's Anti-Japanese Struggle at that time.
