Who is the greatest mother in our country? Some people say it's Meng's mother, some say it's mother-in-law, some say it's Lin Qiaozhi, and some people say it's Wang Guiquan. Someone is about to ask: Who is this Wang Guiquan?

Wang Guiquan, born as a maid, is Liang Qichao's concubine, who has no name and no share in her life, but has cultivated nine pillars of talent for the country, and her children are:

Liang Sishun is an expert in poetry research.

Liang Sicheng, the father of Chinese architecture, academician of the ** Research Institute, and the founder of the Department of Architecture of Tsinghua University.

Liang Siyong, modern Chinese archaeologist, academician of ** Research Institute;

Liang Sizhong, a graduate of the United States Military Academy at West Point, died heroically in the Battle of Songhu.

Liang Siyi, Director of the International Liaison Department of the Red Cross Society of China; Liang Sining, a female soldier of the New Fourth Army.

Liang Sili is a system expert in the Department of Missile and Rocket Control, and an academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

is really a three-academician, and all nine sons are Haijun.

Wang Guiquan's original name was Wang Laixi, a native of Guangyuan, Sichuan, who lost his father when he was four years old, was abused by his stepmother, and was sold to traffickers by this stepmother, and in the following years, he was resold by traffickers four times. When he was six years old, Wang Laixi was sold to the Li family and became Li Huixian's personal maid. Later, Li Huixian married into the Liang family, and this Laixi also followed the marriage. Because of her diligence and thrift, she won the attention of her master. In 1903, 18-year-old Wang Guiquan married Liang Qichao at the suggestion of Li Huixian and became Liang Qichao's concubine. Liang Qichao named him Gui Quan. Although she gave birth to six children for Liang Qichao, Liang Qichao rarely mentioned Wang Guiquan publicly, and even asked the children to only call him Miss Wang or Aunt Wang. But the children like this gentle and kind Wang Guiquan very much. Wang Guiquan is not her own mother, but she is better than her own mother. Li Huixian's three daughters were grateful to Wang Guiquan, and even ignored Liang Qichao's explanation, and took the initiative to call Wang Guiquan her mother, and Li Huixian by her mother. Many years after Wang Guiquan's death, Liang Sicheng recalled his mother, and he was still in awe, just because Wang Guiquan regarded all these nine children as his own, loved them very much, and attached great importance to children's education.

Wang Guiquan's dedication, Liang Qichao is in his eyes. In his spare time, he also taught Wang Guiquan to read and write, and he was smart enough to read newspapers and write letters. In order to better help Liang Qichao, she also taught herself a piece of Japanese and was responsible for external liaison. In 1912, Liang Qichao returned to China from Japan and began to show his strength in China, which was inseparable from Wang Guiquan's support. In 1924, Li Huixian died of cancer, and Wang Guiquan's burden was heavier, and she had to comfort the grieving Liang Qichao and the children, and take care of their lives more dedicatedly. Five years after Li Huixian's death, Liang Qichao also died of illness, at that time Wang Guiquan did not get any name from Liang Qichao, she could have left to live a stable life, but Wang Guiquan did not choose to do so, she is still doing her best to take care of the children.

Liang Qichao left her no rich inheritance, only the heavy responsibility of raising these nine children. In order to teach them, she not only had to go out to do odd jobs, but also sold the old building she lived in to a wealthy businessman in Tianjin. After that, she scraped together $400 to send her son Liang Sili abroad, Liang Siming joined the New Fourth Army, Liang Sida went to Yunnan, and the nine children left the family one by one to fight for their own lives. And Wang Guiquan, who used to protect them, is also getting old, waiting for the children to come home alone in this old house. But before the children could come home from their talents, the revolution began.

Wang Guiquan was kicked out of her house because Liang Qichao was criticized and went to live in a cowshed in the countryside. Until 1968, Wang Guiquan died of illness in the cowshed at the age of 85. Her body was found three days later. Good people buried her on a nameless hillside, leaving no name. Later, the Liang family went to look for it, but they didn't find it. In 1995, the descendants of the Liang family erected a tombstone for Wang Guiquan next to the joint tomb of Liang Qichao and Li Huixian in Xiangshan, Beijing. Kudos to such mothers!
