1.Choose the appropriate polishing disc and polishing slurry. Different polishing discs and slurries are suitable for different materials and polishing requirements.
2.Adjust the speed of the polisher. Too high or too low the speed of the polishing machine will affect the polishing effect and operation safety. Generally speaking, it is recommended to control the speed between 1000-3000 rpm.
3.Pour the polishing liquid onto the polishing disc and gently place the workpiece on the polishing disc to ensure that the workpiece is in a stable state.
4.Turn on the polishing machine and move the polishing disc and workpiece to polish. When operating, pay attention to controlling the movement speed of the polishing machine, not too fast or too slow. And avoid polishing in the same area for too long to avoid damaging the workpiece.
5.After polishing, turn off the polishing machine, remove the workpiece, and clean it with water or detergent.
