Software copyright registration process for college students.
There are 3 ways for college students to register software copyright, of which 2 are free and 1 is charged. The full text is long, it is recommended to like and collect it in case it is lost
The policies of different universities are different, some universities can add credits to the soft results, and the comprehensive test results are not comparable to the results, if your school has this kind of policy, it is recommended to register, it is very useful. Consult the school or counselor or tutor for details.
1. The school has a cooperative institution (free of charge).
Most schools have their own cooperative registration institutions, which are used to register students for free, for the school, your soft book is equivalent to registering the school (the school is the first author), but if you want to add credits, you must also take the school as the first author.
First of all, you have to consult whether your school has a cooperative institution, as far as I know, some 985 schools do not, ordinary colleges and universities also have, some do not, in short, look at the school.
If the school cooperates with the software copyright registration agency, it will be more convenient, you only need to prepare the program (source **) materials or something to be done by the cooperative agency (this also depends on the school.) Then the school (partner institution) will help you register.
The advantage is that it is free, and the disadvantage is that the materials have to be sorted out by themselves, and the time to get the certificate is longer (about 6 months).
If you don't have ** no materials, you need to apply for a soft package license:
2. Register with the Copyright Center (free of charge).
If your school does not have a cooperative software copyright registration agency, then you have to register with the copyright center by yourself, which will be a lot of trouble, and you have to write materials by yourself, find the school to stamp, apply, etc.
The step-by-step writing is already very detailed, and you can register after preparing the information and following the operation.
The issuance time is generally 6-9 months.
3. Find an agent (paid - private message).
If you want to get the certificate quickly or don't want to feel too troublesome to register, you can solve it with money. The general part is generally in the hundreds, and the expedited will be a little more expensive.
The electronic soft copy will be issued on the same day, 1 working day, 3 working days, and 15 working days, and the certificate will be issued quickly, but the disadvantage is that the electronic soft copy can only be used for APP shelves.
PS: Only the charge d'affaires can be expedited, and the rest, whether individuals, companies or college students, cannot be expedited. The agency is charged (the official expedited fee is charged).

The company's software copyright registration process.
There are two types of soft copyrights registered by companies, one is to protect software copyrights, and the other is to have the number of soft copyrights required by high registration enterprises.
1. Protect software copyright.
In this registration method, it is necessary to provide the software source** (5000 lines), the software manual (front and backend) and the basic information of the enterprise.
Leave the rest to the chargé d'affaires.
The difficulty lies in writing the materials (software manual), if the materials are written by themselves, they are rejected in the registration process, and they need to cooperate with the agent to modify them in order to get the certificate within the specified time.
2024.1.4 Update: Due to the reform of the copyright center, the soft book expedited has been adjusted to 2 months to get a license, and it is about 3 months to get a license under normal terms.
In addition, the general agency will provide **material services, **urgent registration = fast issuance.
You only need to provide the source code (5000 lines) and a few basic information, and the follow-up writing materials and urgent registration will be solved by the agent, which will save trouble and worry for enterprise users.
2. Register high-tech use.
If your company registers software copyright only to apply for high-tech enterprises, you don't even need to provide the source** to get the certificate.
However, it should be noted that the software copyrights registered here cannot be used for other purposes (such as copyright maintenance, etc.), just to meet the high requirements for the number of soft copyrights.
