Prepare sufficient supply and play a good "first move" to ensure supply
Chemical fertilizer is the "grain" of grain, as a key part of agricultural production, the amount of application during spring plowing accounts for more than 40% of the annual application. As early as the winter storage stage, in order to ensure the stability of spring fertilizer, Sinofert's compound fertilizer plant maintained high inventory and high-load production, and still maintained a 60% operating rate during the Spring Festival. From November 2023 to the end of January 2024, the operating rate of its compound fertilizer plant was 8390%, which is 45 higher than the industry average28%;The cumulative output of compound fertilizer is 32760,000 tons, a year-on-year increase of 14%; The peak inventory reached 390,000 tons, an increase of 5 percent year-on-year50,000 tons, an increase of 16%.
While ensuring stable production, Sinofert also actively strengthens the acquisition and import of fertilizer sources. Sinofert Potash Division has maintained strategic cooperation with important potash fertilizer manufacturers at home and abroad, and the seaborne potassium import volume in 2023 and January-February 2024 has increased significantly year-on-year, ensuring that the inventory quantity and variety of major ports and logistics nodes in China are sufficient and complete. During the Spring Festival, 2 ships of potash fertilizer were successfully unloaded, totaling 1450,000 tons of potash fertilizer, fully prepared for spring plowing in Northeast China, North China, and Central China. After the Spring Festival, the potash fertilizer team actively carried out logistics forward work, and continuously transported agricultural potash fertilizer to grassroots outlets through transportation, railway, shipping, containers and other modes of transportation.
The Phosphate Division will give full play to the advantages of centralized procurement of phosphate fertilizers, and will start to make overall arrangements for the storage and transportation plan of spring ploughing phosphate fertilizers from October 2023, carry out logistics forward in the key areas of spring ploughing in the northeast, northwest and north China, and put a total of 750,000 tons of phosphate fertilizer into the spring ploughing market in advance, so as to effectively ensure the adequate supply of spring ploughing fertilizers in 2024. At the same time, Sinochem Phosphate Fertilizer Division organized a number of industry meetings to study market dynamics, stabilize prices and ensure supply, and took turns to be stationed at posts during the Spring Festival to establish a "one-to-one" contact mechanism to properly solve the problems of phosphate fertilizer transportation, arrival, supply and demand requirements. Up to now, 100,000 tons of biophosphate fertilizer have been put into the spring ploughing market, an increase of 38% year-on-year.
Sink the first line of service and open up the last "one kilometer".
In order to do a good job in ensuring supply and price stability, all party members, cadres and workers of the company have always been fighting on the front line, sticking to their posts, and practicing their original mission with practical actions. The subordinate grass-roots party organizations set up a number of "party member commandos" to organize the supply of goods, actively coordinate the shipment, and open up the "blocking point" of spring ploughing to ensure the first chemical fertilizer.
Sinofert gave full play to the advantages of the distribution channel network, shipped 1.3 million tons of goods to the main market of spring ploughing before the Spring Festival, and more than 1,200 party members, cadres and employees visited farmers nearly 10,000 times, coordinated the upstream and downstream logistics shipments, and ensured that the fertilizer was delivered to the villages. In key areas such as the Northeast, carry out spring ploughing pledge activities; In North China, optimize logistics service providers, expand receiving outlets, and take multiple measures to ensure the delivery of fertilizers; In Northwest China, for fruit trees and greenhouse crops that are greatly affected by continuous low temperatures, party members and technicians take the lead in providing technical guidance for growers, reducing planting costs and helping farmers increase income. Up to now, Sinofert has carried out more than 660 offline promotion meetings, with more than 50,000 offline participants, providing farmers with scientific planting technical guidance and crop solutions of "improved seeds and good methods". As of the end of January this year, Sinochem Fertilizer has achieved more than 140,000 companies, a total of more than 520 short ** for benefiting farmers, 25 live broadcasts of science and technology to benefit farmers on New Year's Day and Spring Festival, and more than 2.3 million online disseminations, during which more than 215 farmer communities were served, and the number of farmers served by the platform exceeded 60,000.
In the face of the serious decline in operation efficiency caused by the return of workers to their hometowns for the New Year and the impact of continuous rain and snow, the first chain management department has cooperated with the strategy and marketing department to complete the deployment of port discharge and customs clearance before the Spring Festival, and jointly set up a team to take the initiative to take the initiative and stick to the front line. It not only breaks the problem of the delayed period during the Spring Festival and realizes comprehensive rapid dispatch, but also realizes the centralized distribution of automobile transportation for various units in the southwest region. During the spring plowing and fertilizer preparation, more than 8,700 tons of chemical fertilizer have been shipped, and the on-time delivery rate has reached 100%. At the same time, the average transportation cost is saved by 6 yuan, which effectively helps the efficient and high-quality implementation of the local spring ploughing and supply guarantee work.
We will continue to promote "Bio+" and strengthen the "hard support" of innovation
Since the beginning of this year, Sinofert has also continued to promote the "bio+" strategy, especially the research and development and promotion of biofertilizers. Linyi R&D Center combines advanced biotechnology and adopts a new nutritional formula to accelerate the research of "Kedefeng" wheat topdressing products, improve wheat quality and increase yield, and develop a function-enhancing formula on the basis of the existing functions of the biostimulants "Youcuilu" and "Youliangmei", so as to resist extreme climate change by enhancing the stress resistance of crops. In addition, the R&D team of rhizosphere microecological regulation technology and the R&D team of microbial fermentation are carrying out corresponding technical research to provide stronger scientific and technological support for agricultural production.
Farmers' demand for cultivated land protection and improved soil health is also increasing. At the beginning of the year, the Houpu Soil Health General Permit Service Center in Henan Region and the Guyang Houpu Soil Health Service Center in Inner Mongolia in the Northwest Region were opened one after another. For crops such as Astragalus membranaceus and ginger, Houpu Soil Health Service Center has carried out the physical examination of our soil in the early stage, interpreted the soil health report, helped farmers accurately diagnose soil problems, and accurately prescribed comprehensive soil health solutions for soil health, so as to effectively solve the source problem of planting. In addition, Houpu soil health service centers in pilot areas across the country have also taken action to carry out soil health services for farmers during the spring ploughing period, helping farmers achieve efficient planting and sustainable income increase.
