In order to promote the standardization of operation and management and improve the operation system, the bank took the lead in organizing a seminar on the compilation of the system of rural commercial banks in Nantong, evaluated and compared the existing operation systems of the provincial association and 6 rural commercial banks one by one, sorted out the compilation list of operation line systems, and conducted a comprehensive review of 117 systems, with a total of 12 new systems, 24 revised systems, and 4 abolished systems, so as to further build a solid system of defense. From the combination of routine inspection and business counseling, on-site inspection and off-site inspection, we will further transform to off-site, quantitative and model-based inspection methods, deepen the analysis of the problem bank, achieve targeted and accurate guidance, and effectively enhance the ability to prevent risks.

In terms of customer service, Nantong Rural Commercial Bank cooperated with telecommunications companies to develop the construction of an intelligent outbound call system, which supported the combination of intelligent outbound calls in the background and manual outbound calls on the mobile phone APP, and analyzed the call quality, which was used in reconciliation collection, new account opening return visits, credit card and loan collection, marketing information release, etc., with a total of 43,320 outbound calls throughout the year, effectively strengthening customer reach, feedback analysis, and implementation. In terms of internal operations, the bank reduced the pressure of the sub-branch's anti-money laundering work, improved the quality of anti-money laundering data submission, submitted the construction requirements of the anti-money laundering RPA robot project to the Ministry of Information Technology, and reported the sub-branch's new ratings, suspicious and large-value reports in a centralized manner, effectively reducing the work pressure and efficiency of the sub-branch. In terms of external anti-fraud, the bank comprehensively promoted the police and bank-to-bank communication system, comparing the sub-branch card issuers with the high-frequency bank card issuers and the key personnel involved in the "two cards" of the public security organs, so as to effectively assist the sub-branches in carrying out customer identification work. At the same time, it actively cooperates with the test of the anti-fraud risk control system, which can help the sub-branch to identify fraudulent behaviors in advance in the process of opening new accounts and checking the stock of fraudulent accounts, so as to control and improve work efficiency in advance.

Deepen transformation and build star-rated outlets.

In order to further promote the transformation of outlets, the bank has comprehensively promoted the creation and implementation of star-rated outlets through benchmarking and two rounds of network solidification inspections according to the star-level creation and deployment of the provincial association, and successfully applied for 1 five-star outlet, 7 four-star outlets and 68 three-star outlets in the province. Among them, the Guanyinshan Branch of Nantong Rural Commercial Bank was rated as the "Nantong Banking Financial Institutions Age-Appropriate Service Demonstration Outlet" in 2023 by the Nantong Bank Card Industry Association. The "100 Villages Digital Currency Station" project was successfully shortlisted for the top ten application scenarios in Nantong City, and participated in the provincial case selection as an excellent scenario case in the city.

Nantong Rural Commercial Bank regards comprehensively improving the professional ability and performance level of the operation team as a fundamental plan and makes unremitting efforts. Strengthen the management of counter personnel, further optimize the personnel structure of outlets, and re-establish posts and arrangements based on the business volume and business structure of each outlet to improve personnel efficiency.
