Today, the Mathematics Group of our school held a fruitful teaching and research activity, which focused on the calculation training to be carried out in the near future, analyzed the final results in depth, and had a lively discussion on how to improve the efficiency of listening to lectures.

First of all, one of the focal points of teaching and research activities is the upcoming computational training. Teachers in the Mathematics group agreed that numeracy is the foundation of mathematics and the key to developing students' logical thinking and problem-solving skills. Therefore, our school plans to help students improve their calculation speed and accuracy through systematic training, so as to lay a solid foundation for them in mathematics learning.

Secondly, President Li conducted a detailed analysis of the final grades of the last semester year by year. He emphasized that performance analysis is not only an important means to evaluate students' learning effectiveness, but also a basis for teachers to improve teaching methods and strategies. Through in-depth analysis of the results of each grade, teachers can more accurately grasp the learning status of students and provide strong support for the next step of teaching and learning.

In addition, improving the efficiency of lectures is also one of the important topics of this teaching and research activity. The participating teachers generally believed that the problem of students' lack of thinking and concentration greatly affected the effectiveness of the class. As a result, they suggest that students should pay more attention in the classroom to whether they will learn, whether they can learn, and whether they will be willing to learn. At the same time, teachers also emphasized the importance of paying attention to the learning of students in the middle and later stages of the class to ensure that they also receive adequate attention and guidance.

Finally, the activities also discussed how to continuously improve the professional competence of teachers. Teachers agreed that continuous learning is the key to professional competence. They encouraged new teachers to stay calm, learn more, practice more, put students first, and listen attentively to students' needs and feedback. At the same time, teachers also emphasized the need to pay attention to the generation of classes and student feedback, and adjust teaching strategies in a timely manner to ensure the continuous improvement of teaching quality.

This teaching and research activity not only provided a platform for teachers in the mathematics group to communicate and learn, but also injected new impetus into improving the quality of teaching and promoting the development of the school. I believe that with the joint efforts of all teachers, our school will achieve more excellent results in mathematics teaching.
