Cultural heritage education at the basic education stage urgently needs to supplement the content of local cultural heritage and intangible cultural heritage, and form more school-based teaching materials with the theme of local traditional handicrafts and customs, so that young people can have a more comprehensive understanding of China's rich and diverse cultural heritage. Integrate museums into the cultural heritage education system, provide financial support, and encourage museums and schools to jointly develop educational curricula and educational activities suitable for young people, including field teaching courses, as well as mobile and accessible demonstration activities that allow students to experience cultural heritage with the help of simple classroom equipment, so as to increase students' interest and participation.
The second is to optimize the allocation of cultural heritage education resources, and strive to ensure that young people receive high-quality cultural heritage education. Led by the education administrative department, establish a cooperation mechanism between primary and secondary schools and cultural and tourism departments, cultural relics departments, museums, cultural institutions, etc., make full use of the cultural heritage resources of the region and the professional resources of relevant units, and jointly carry out cultural heritage education for a long time. Explore the establishment of cultural heritage scenic spots, and implement a free or low ticket price system for collective visits to schools in the off-season of tourism. Encourage high-quality schools, demonstration schools and schools with relatively weak resources to jointly build and share cultural heritage courses and teachers.
The third is to strengthen cultural connotation education in cultural heritage education, so that young people can strengthen their cultural identity and enhance their cultural self-confidence. Standardize content management, establish a review mechanism for the content of youth cultural heritage education, ensure that the expression is correct, ensure that China's cultural heritage can be truly and completely inherited and developed, and play a good role in cultural guidance during the critical period of the formation of youth values. Deeply excavate and condense the essence and connotation of the excellent traditional Chinese culture, and strengthen cultural heritage education in a form that is easy for young people to accept and willing to accept. Pay attention to the best guidance, emphasize the correct expression, dissemination and display of Chinese cultural heritage in international cultural exchanges, and prevent value deviation and cultural distortion.
