The withstand voltage test of the current transformer in the switch cabinet was carried out on the spot, the test voltage reached 42kV and the withstand voltage was timed for one minute, and the test was successful without breakdown and flashover. According to the test requirements, the control box, transformer, and tested product are correctly wired.
According to the requirements of the test, set the "time relay" and "overcurrent relay".
When the power supply is connected, the "Power Indicator" lights up, indicating that an external power supply has been introduced. If the "zero indicator" is on, it means that the regulator is at the zero position. If the "zero indicator" is not on, you should rotate the regulator handle counterclockwise until the "zero indicator" is on, indicating that the pressure adjustment operation can be carried out.
Press the "Start Button". At this time, "Work Indicator", "Power Indicator" and "Zero Indicator" and "Alarm Light" are on; Enter the power transmission state and have a language reminder "There is a danger of electricity, do not approach".
Rotate the regulator handle clockwise at a constant speed of 2kV s to the specified withstand voltage value of the test product, and pay close attention to the ammeter. At this time, the "Power Indicator" and "Work Indicator" are on; "Zero indicator", "alarm light" is off, and "there is danger of electricity, do not approach" language reminder disappears.
Set the timing time according to the test, start the "timing button", the timing starts, when the "timing alarm light" flashes and is accompanied by the alarm sound, it means that the test time has arrived; The trial is complete.
After the test is completed, the regulator should be returned to the zero position at a constant speed within a few seconds, and then the power supply should be cut off.
