How to use the thermostat:
1.Heat or cool the thermostat first, then set the temperature switch to the internal temperature, and then switch to the external temperature after it is stable.
2.Before the use of the thermostatic bath, the liquid medium needs to be added, and the working temperature is 5 85 when the water is used, 85 95 is the 15% glycerol aqueous solution, and the oil is used when the temperature is higher than 95.
3.When using a thermostat for experiments or tests, pay attention to the choice of liquid media, as well as to control the liquid level and keep it clean and tidy.
Notes:1When using a thermostat, it should be avoided to open or close abruptly to prevent a large amount of heat from being generated, resulting in inaccurate experimental data.
2.During the use of the thermostat, direct contact with the metal parts of the thermostat should be avoided as much as possible to avoid burns.
3.When using the thermostat, ensure that the ambient temperature around the equipment is appropriate to prevent adverse heat dissipation from affecting the operation of the equipment.
4.When conducting experiments or tests, the liquid medium should be replaced in time to avoid equipment failure or experimental failure due to blocked waterways, damaged filters, and poor heat transfer effects of heat exchangers.
5.Before using the thermostat, you should read the manual carefully to ensure that you understand the functions and operation methods of the equipment.
6.When you are done using it, you should turn off the appliance and clean it for the next use.
7.For the thermostatic bath that is not used for a long time, the equipment should be powered off and placed in a ventilated and dry place to prevent damage to the equipment.
The above is the use of the thermostat and precautions, if you have any other questions, please consult the equipment manufacturer.
