After Long Pokun was born, the whole family was shocked by her birth. They ran to the temple to offer incense to the Great Buddha, sincerely thanked the Buddha for giving them such a miraculous child, and promised to educate her well and make her a kind person.
This magical story has been with Luang Po Kun as she grows up and has become an indelible part of her life.
Luang Po Kun was strongly influenced by Buddhism at an early age, and his initiation began at a residence near a local monastery. His father would hold him every day and recite the scriptures and say to him, "In the future, you will do more good deeds, so that you may be blessed by God." ”
This teaching is deeply imprinted in the heart of Long Po Kun, who has cultivated a kind heart since he was a child. These experiences laid a solid foundation for his future achievements.
As he grew older, Luang Po Kun's parents sent him to his grandparents to continue his practice. His family was well-off, and his grandfather was a well-known local monk with a wealth of knowledge and skills in Buddhism.
It is said that Luang Po Kun's grandfather has been in retreat for many years, and now that he is out of the customs, Luang Po Kun will continue to practice in this environment, and there will definitely be more room for development.
Under the careful teaching of his grandfather, Long Po Kun was talented, intelligent, and highly comprehended, and could quickly grasp the knowledge taught by his grandfather. Grandfather was very satisfied with this and led Luang Po Kun to start a new round of practice.
Because of his grandfather's prestige, many Thai monastic azans were willing to offer Luang Ph Khun the opportunity to learn. At first, some of Azan wondered if his grandfather had given his grandson a back door, but it was surprising that such a young child could learn such profound Dharma.
Luang Po Kun's attainments in the field of Buddhism are impressive, not only can he recite the Dharma quickly, but he also has a deep understanding and experience of the Dharma, and can quickly grasp its essence. The ancients said: "A gentleman is cautious." ”
Many practitioners can meet strict standards if they are supervised by others during their practice, but once there is no supervision, they are often prone to indulge themselves. Luang Po Kun not only strictly abides by Buddhist rules in public, but also leads by example in private, and his self-discipline makes many senior brothers feel ashamed of themselves.
His outstanding talent has been recognized by all the senior brothers and elders, and the young monk can be appreciated by them, which is enough to prove his excellence. A few years later, Luang Po Kun came of age and officially began his Buddhist career.
Luang Po Kun was ordained on May 5, 2487 (1943) and began his spiritual journey at the age of 21 at Wat Wadutha Buddhist Temple in Thailand.
According to Thai rules, all men are required to stay in a temple for a period of time around the age of 20 and before they get married, and many people avoid it for fear of the strict rules of the temple.

In the temple, Luang Po Kun found his first mentor, Master Luang Po Ingot. Master Luang Po Ingot patiently guided and taught him things that he had never been exposed to before, which opened his eyes.
From that moment on, Luang Po Kun realized that the Dharma was so profound that he could not be complacent about his previous small achievements, and that he had to remain humble and study diligently in order to become an enlightened monk like his master and even like his grandfather.
Master Luang Po practiced with him every day, meditating, chanting and casting spells. While these things may seem simple, the hardest part is maintaining perseverance, which many people eventually give up because of the lack of perseverance.
Long Po Kun, who has believed in Buddhism since he was a child, and his parents have high hopes for him, will never give up his practice easily. Although many brothers and sisters had joined him in the school, three years later, only Long Pokun was still persevering.
Seeing that the apprentice had achieved something, Long Po did not keep it, but recommended it to his senior brother Long Pogong. He was a high-ranking monk, but unlike his junior disciples, he did not preside over the daily affairs of the monastery, but practiced alone in the mountains.
The first task that Long Po Ingot gave to Long Po Kun was to go up the mountain alone to find Long Po Gong. If he is gifted and has a relationship with Buddhism, then he will definitely be able to find Long Pogong in the mountains and forests.
Long Pokun stood in front of the endless forest sea, and there was a green in front of him, but there was only firm determination in his eyes. He packed his bags and set out on the mountain climb without hesitation.
Although several of his close friends tried to convince him that he had surpassed them and that he had enough Dharma in his hands to cope with life, his eyes showed a yearning for greater masters and a deep search for the true meaning of the Buddhist scriptures.
Therefore, he decided to step out of his comfort zone and embark on the path of education in the mountains and forests on his own. However, the difficulties that awaited him ahead, the humid climate, the rampant mosquitoes, and the muddy roads all added endless troubles to his journey.
But Long Po Kun did not flinch, he knew that only in this way could he truly comprehend the true meaning of the Buddhist scriptures.
In his practice, Long Po Kun showed incomparable perseverance. Despite all the difficulties, he bravely searched for his master Long Pogong in the mountains. Finally, his efforts paid off, and he successfully found the high monk Long Pogong.
Looking at Long Po Kun in front of him, Long Po Gong praised him and said, "You can overcome difficulties and find me, this is practice." Since then, the master and apprentice have been practicing in the mountains and continuing to learn spells.
Legend has it that Long Po Gong taught Long Po Kun an exclusive stunt - "Golden Needle into the Body". After mastering this mastery, Long Po Kun decided to go down the mountain and go further away to practice.
Today, the young man has grown into a middle-aged man, but he still persists in his studies. Looking at his progress, Mrs. Long felt very relieved and firmly believed that his ** future would definitely shock the world.
Over the next decade, Luang Po Khun continued his practice, covering Thailand's border temples, large temples, and monasteries in Cambodia and Laos. Regardless of whether the monastery was famous or not, he went to study and exchange Buddhist ideas and unique techniques with the monks, enriching his knowledge and accumulating valuable experience for becoming a master in the future.
During this period, Luang Po Kun also found that many poor children in Thailand and other places could not go to school, which made him very sad. Each time, he would give generously to the children, vowing to create a better environment for them to grow up and give them the opportunity to receive an education.
In order to fulfill his dream, Luang Po Khun chose to serve as the presiding officer at the Valai Temple, far away from downtown Bangkok. This once-thriving temple has been abandoned for many years due to its remote location, but Luang Po Kun decided to continue his practice here and revive it.
His honesty and profound Taoism attracted many fellow Buddhists to come here to practice, believing that as long as Professor Luang Po Kun was teaching, he would do his best to impart knowledge.
In addition, there is another important reason why people come to this temple, and that is the unique secret that Luang Po Kun learned from his master - the golden needle into the body. Although from a scientific point of view, this does not seem to make sense, but this is what Luang Po Kun has always believed and pursued.

At the funeral, Luang Po Kun called his two godsons and said to them affectionately: "After I pass away, you must continue to practice, be strict with yourself, and provide more help to the toiling masses.
There is another rule that should not be forgotten, and that is not to leave a penny of incense money. After saying his last wish, Long Po Kun closed his eyes. As one of Thailand's three great monks, Luang Po Khun was the last to leave us, and his death meant the end of an era.
When he was seriously ill, there was news that many believers had come to the hospital to pray for him. When the master died, thousands of believers knelt in front of the hospital and wept bitterly, mourning the death of the great master, which was extremely sad.
The funeral of Master Luang Po Kun attracted people from all walks of life in Thailand to pay their respects, regardless of their status, whether they were black or white, they all expressed their respect for the master in various ways.
The long funeral procession, which is 15 kilometers long, fully reflects the deep respect people have for the master. The places where the master visited during his lifetime also spontaneously organized commemorative activities to commemorate this living Buddha.
Touchingly, after the death of Master Luang Po Kun, the doctors removed his organs in accordance with his last wishes, and subsequently sparked his body. At the cremation ceremony, the flames unexpectedly showed two clenched palms, which made people more convinced: the master is an immortal from heaven who came to the world to purify all sentient beings.
After the cremation ceremony of Master Luang Po Kun, his godson, relatives and monks flew together to scatter his ashes into the sea, fulfilling his last wish.
The master's life seemed to be full of the task of purifying all sentient beings, and he used all his energy to do good deeds until the last moment of his life, and even when he was seriously ill, he was concerned about whether his charity project had been completed.
The master's merits are perfect, and no one can match them. Judging from the life of the master, he is a person who studies with an open mind and treats everyone equally, and a person who has the world in mind and great love.
Although he was born into a wealthy family, his heart was always tied to the people, and when facing the king, he did not bow down, but treated it indifferently.
Master Luang Po Kun's realm and experience are a valuable revelation for our younger generations. The process of practicing the Buddha path is the time to sharpen the will, and if we lack perseverance, then we may never reach the state of perfection.
Master Luang Po Kun not only achieved perfection, but also transcendence and perfection. The artistic value of his amulet is extremely high, and it is said that after his death, its value increased hundreds of times, and many wealthy merchants rushed to buy his original works.
The charm of the master can be seen from this! Although he is just an ordinary person, he is an extraordinary person! He was a true master who showed a lifetime of noble qualities in action!
