On March 1, the 7th International Symposium on the Theme of Hongqiao Forum was held in the Academic Hall of the Chinese Academy of Sciences. Celebrities from the political, industry, academic and media circles at home and abroad combined with the functional positioning of the Hongqiao Forum, according to the latest international economic situation, the frontier hotspots in the field of world opening-up, the key content of improving global governance, as well as the four dimensions of "open development", "open cooperation", "open innovation" and "open sharing", freely expressed their thoughts on the theme of the 7th Hongqiao Forum, and put forward many specific opinions and suggestions. Chairman Wang Huiyao pointed out that openness is the eternal theme, and we have benefited from the achievements of reform and opening up in the past 45 years and the development of openness. We welcome the participation of not only Chinese importers, but also global importers, to make the world's unique CIIE a world's CIIE. Recently, for the first time, China has broken through the reciprocity of policies and opened visas to many countries, which has greatly facilitated the flow of talents and allowed more international friends to see China's promotion of high-level opening-up. In recent years, the world has been in geopolitical turmoil, and in this context, the resilience of the ** chain should be emphasized. Many countries are saying that decoupling and deprivation, the world is out of prosperity, the level of the first is declining, everyone is building a small courtyard wall, no development, no investment, this is the biggest risk, should continue to emphasize China's central role in the global value chain. We should participate more in the governance of the global economy, promote the multilateralization of the Belt and Road Initiative, and promote North-South cooperation from the perspective of developing countries and the advanced experience of developed countries. At the same time, China should also cooperate more closely with the world in the fields of digital economy, artificial intelligence, and climate change, and use the Hongqiao Forum as a new banner for China's reform and opening up in the new era.
