Drawer warehouse racking, also known as mobile shelving or push-pull shelving, is a solution for storage space utilization. The customization process mainly includes the following steps:
First of all, demand analysis: clarify the actual area of the warehouse, the type of goods (e.g. weight, size), the frequency of access and the ease of operation requirements, in order to determine the specifications of the shelves, such as the number of layers, depth, width, and the number and load of each drawer.
Secondly, design planning: according to the requirements, the designer will draw three-dimensional drawings, including the overall layout of the shelves, the width of the channel, the design of the drawer slide system and the selection of shelf materials (such as steel, aluminum alloy, etc.), while considering the electrical control system (such as electric or manual opening) and safety protection facilities.
Thirdly, material procurement and processing: according to the design plan, the corresponding materials are purchased, and cutting, bending, painting and other processes are carried out to ensure that the shelf structure is stable and the appearance is beautiful.
Then, assembly and commissioning: assemble the parts into a whole according to the drawings, install the drawer slide rail, control system, and carry out functional testing and performance verification to ensure its smooth operation and load capacity up to the standard.
Acceptance and delivery: After completing all tests and meeting user needs, the entire drawer warehouse shelves are accepted, and then on-site installation and commissioning are carried out according to the agreed time node, and necessary training and technical support services are provided.
In short, drawer warehouse shelf customization is a comprehensive project that combines a series of processes such as demand research, design and planning, material processing, installation and commissioning, and acceptance and delivery.
