In 2024, Fangshan District will comprehensively promote 405 projects, with a planned investment of 51 billion yuan. Among them, 203 key projects are planned to resume work in the first quarter, with an investment of 10.2 billion yuan. These projects will focus on four areas: post-disaster recovery and reconstruction, construction of a modern industrial system, improvement of people's livelihood and well-being, and implementation of urban renewal actions.
In terms of post-disaster recovery and reconstruction, Fangshan District will continue to follow the overall goal of "basic recovery in one year, comprehensive improvement in three years, and long-term high-quality development", and realize the start of construction of 95 post-disaster recovery and reconstruction projects, including the Juma River Upgrading Project and the Dashihe River Upgrading Project, so as to effectively enhance the city's resilience, comprehensively improve the level of public services and infrastructure guarantees, and better protect the lives and property of the people on both sides of the river.
Focusing on the construction of a modern industrial system, Fangshan District will comprehensively promote the construction of "1+3+N" key functional areas this year, build four industrial clusters of new energy storage and hydrogen energy, advanced basic and key strategic materials, intelligent medical services, intelligent manufacturing and networked vehicles, and realize the construction of 23 projects such as the purification and improvement of hydrogen energy facilities, effectively stimulating the endogenous power of economic and social development. At the same time, Fangshan District will continue to expand the characteristic industries of cultural and tourism integration, start the restoration and reconstruction of Shidu Scenic Area, link the surrounding areas to build an international tourism and leisure resort, and drive the prosperity and development of regional tourism and cultural industries.
Focusing on improving people's livelihood and well-being, Fangshan District will continue to improve the four major carrying capacities of education, medical care, transportation and housing, and start the construction of 30 key projects such as the Experimental School Affiliated to Beijing Institute of Technology, the High School Affiliated to Tsinghua University, Beijing BOE Hospital and the "two horizontal and three vertical" road network of 108 New Line Expressway and Laibao Road New Line Expressway, and start construction of 2,100 units of policy-based housing and complete 5,000 units, and strive to promote the continuous improvement of public services in the district with high-quality education and medical resources, convenient transportation conditions and sufficient housing supply.
In terms of the implementation of urban renewal actions, Fangshan District will continue to make good use of the city's "integration of two industries", old factories and inefficient buildings and other supporting policies, promote the improvement of the environment in key areas, the comprehensive renovation of old communities, the upgrading of commercial complexes and other 8 projects, to achieve the optimization and upgrading of the industrial structure and the significant improvement of the living environment, promote the conservation and intensive use of land, energy and resources, promote the healthy and sustainable development of the city, and create a new investment growth pole.
This year, Fangshan District will continue to uphold the concept of "everyone is a business environment", continue to optimize the regional business environment, tailor-made support measures for enterprises, so that enterprises can develop in Fangshan "save time, effort, worry and money", focus on intelligent innovation, scientific and technological research and development, high-end manufacturing, emergency equipment, hydrogen energy storage, new materials, smart medical engineering, finance, business services and other high-tech fields, to attract more high-quality enterprises to settle in Fangshan.
