The Community Museum of the former site of the Russian Consulate was inaugurated on December 14, 2023, and is the fourth community museum built in Changchun.
The community museum of the former site of the Russian Consulate has four exhibition halls: "This is Changchun, Fengxue Middle East Road, Kuanchengzi Land, Changchun Consulate", etc., which focus on the history of the establishment of Changchun, the history of the construction of the Middle East Railway, the history of the construction of the Kuanchengzi land and the history of the Changchun Consulate, and look back at the memories of the city for more than 100 years with the audience.

How to solicit the public
1.Donation.
In line with the principle of voluntariness, groups or individuals are encouraged to carry forward the spirit of dedication and donate free of charge, and accept donations from individuals, units and groups. For the old objects donated free of charge, a certificate will be issued to the donor, and the name of the donor will be indicated when it is exhibited; For some of the old objects of historical significance donated, the text will be sorted out according to the donor's narration, which will be used for later display and the name of the donor will be permanently marked on the display label.
2.Levy.
In accordance with the principle of voluntariness, private individual collectors or collection organizations, associations, etc. preserve and keep old objects of important value, which shall be collected in accordance with relevant procedures after being reviewed and approved by experts organized by the cultural relics department.
3.Copy.
After appraisal, physical materials that are truly valuable and are not willing to be donated may be reproduced with the consent of the person.
4.Staging.
For items that were enthusiastically donated for the event exhibition, but could not be collected due to objective reasons, the exhibition hall of the former site of the Russian Consulate will be returned to the provider in time.
5.Loaned exhibitions.
The physical objects provided by other museums or individuals shall be kept and used by the Tsarist Russian Pavilion, and the ownership shall remain with the museum or the owner.
