How to use the lime kiln

With the intensification of national environmental governance, some high-pollution and high-energy consumption kilns that do not meet national requirements will face shutdown and transformation.

1. The crushed limestone block has high hardness and many shuttle angles, and constantly squeezes, collides and rubs with solid fuel in the process of belt conveying, loading and blanking; When the mixture falls to the kiln surface through the distributor distribution, due to the drop of more than 2m, it has to withstand a large impact force, so the solid fuel is required to have good cold strength and wear resistance.

2. When the mixture enters the furnace, it has to go through a long preheating process, and then withstand more than 1000 calcination, so the solid fuel is required to have high thermal strength and thermal stability, so as to ensure that it has enough residence time in the furnace without breaking and pulverizing, otherwise it will cause the resistance in the kiln to increase, the smoke and exhaust materials to increase, and in serious cases, it will also cause slag in the furnace. In addition, the volatile content of solid fuels and the Si content in ash also have a great influence on the quality of lime.

3. The lime kiln briquette can be made to meet the calcined lime through special binders and processes, and the production cost can be further reduced by matching the pulverized coal of different coal types to ensure the calorific value of the briquette and other process conditions.

With the deepening of energy-saving and emission reduction policies, most of the earthen kilns are basically closed, replaced by energy-saving and environmentally friendly ones, these equipment has the advantages of simple structure, convenient operation, stable operation, low investment, low energy consumption, high output and excellent products.
