Sheshan Town Community Party and Mass Service Center recently joined hands with Sheshan No. 4 Kindergarten to hold a unique intangible cultural heritage culture into the campus, so that children can experience the charm of traditional intangible cultural heritage culture up close and stimulate their interest and love for traditional culture.
On February 23rd, a melodious melody echoed in the campus, and the grandparents of the Jiangnan Silk and Bamboo Team used their exquisite skills to bring a performance of intangible cultural heritage to the children. After the performance, the teacher took the children into the activity exhibition area, the first thing that caught their eyes was the root carving handicraft, the huge tree roots through the skillful hands of the artists, turned into lifelike works of art, some like horses, some like camels, the children circled around these works, from time to time to let out exclamations. Along with the root carving, the quiet and beautiful Songjiang cotton cloth is exhibited, and the children gently touch the cotton cloth and feel the soft and delicate texture.
Playing Lianxiang made the children even more excited. Yan Minglan, the inheritor of Lotus Xiang, held a Lotus Xiang stick and explained the origin of Lotus Xiang to the children, and the children listened to it with relish. Afterwards, the children held lotus sticks and followed Yan Minglan's movements, dancing and imitating. "I like to play Lianxiang, the action is not very difficult, it feels quite interesting. A child said.
There were also paper-cutting and branding demonstrations at the event, and the children asked various questions curiously. "This event on campus is very rare. Every time I finish a piece, I explain the techniques and moral to the children. Xu Chengrong, the person in charge of the intangible cultural heritage of branding, said.
Such activities can not only broaden the children's horizons, but also allow them to experience the charm of intangible cultural heritage up close. Through the interaction with the inheritors of intangible cultural heritage, the children's interest in intangible cultural heritage was stimulated. Lu Hongyan, director of Sheshan Fourth Kindergarten, said.
In the future, the Sheshan Town Community Party and Mass Service Center (Cultural and Sports Service Center) will continue to further promote the intangible cultural heritage into the campus, so that more children can understand and fall in love with traditional culture, and contribute to the inheritance and development of intangible cultural heritage.
