UL Certification Classification
1. Listed
In general, the listing applies only to complete products and a variety of devices and devices to be replaced or installed in the field by qualified personnel, and a variety of products that fall under the UL Listed Service, including household appliances, medical equipment, computers, commercial equipment, and all kinds of electrical products that function in buildings. Such as power distribution systems, fuses, wires, switches and other electrical components. For UL-listed products, it is generally possible to mark each product with the UL Listed Mark and the usage of the Listed Mark.
2. Recognized
Accreditation service is a project in UL service, and the identified products can only be used as components and raw materials on UL listed, graded or other approved products. Approved products are structurally incomplete or have certain limitations in terms of use to ensure the expected safety performance. In most cases, tracking services for approved products fall under category R. Approved products belonging to the L category are electronic wire (**LV2), processed wire rod (ZKLU2), wire harness (ZPFW2), aluminum wire (DVVR2), and metal flexible pipe (DXUZ2). Approved products are required to bear the approval mark.
3. Classification
The grading service only evaluates the specific hazards of the product, or the product that implements standards other than UL standards, including internationally recognized standards such as IEC and ISO standards. In general, most graded products are not products for consumer use, but for industrial or commercial use. The grading mark in the UL mark indicates that the product has certain restrictions and regulations when it is identified by UL. For example, in the case of chemicals such as solvents used in industry, only the range of fires that may occur when the ignition point temperature is reached, is evaluated. For example, in the United States, medical X-ray diagnostic instruments and other equipment must comply with U.S. laws and regulations on radiation emission and beam accuracy, but because UL only uses X-rays as a grading product, it only evaluates its mechanical properties, electrical properties and other non-radiative properties.
Multiple listings, multiple recognitions, or multiple grading services.

4、"al"Listed, accredited, or graded services
If a UL applicant does not wish to obtain listing, recognition or grading services in the name of his own company, he may apply for listing, recognition or classification in the name of another firm (usually a retailer or wholesaler), i.e"al"Listed, accredited, or graded servicesIt differs from multiple listings, multiple recognitions, or multiple grading services in that the applicant is not a listed person.
