Everything in the world is formed by the change of innate vitality, and after everything in the world is destroyed, it is emitted into innate vitality. This is a two-way flow of the instrument and the qi of the reverse.
The softest in the world, the strongest in the world.
This is the Dao function of the innate vitality, which can not only incarnate all things, but more importantly, penetrate all things.

Softness: The highest level of softness, softer than the water of goodness.
Hardest: The highest level of hardness, harder than diamond.
Innate Yuan Qi, precisely because of the ability to transform all things, has the ability to penetrate all things and pass through the Three Realms without hindrance.
Daozu Laozi founded the Taishang Shou One Heart Method according to the innate Yuan Qi, so that the innate Yuan Shen has the ability to create all things and cross the Three Realms with the blessing of the innate Yuan Qi.
Nothing enters into the world, and I do it with knowing nothing. This is the core content of the Taishang Shou One Heart Method: softness into firmness, non-existence.
As long as you empty your heart and enter the state of emptiness, non-action and desirelessness, then our Yuan Shen can come out, and can enter all things, and can also control and even transform into shapes, which may be Wukong's ** Xuangong!
Teaching without words, doing nothing is beneficial, and the world wants it.
It doesn't speak for itself. 
This Shouyi ** can't be passed on to you in words, only the hidden state master can pass it on to you.
Doing nothing. This is the highest state of mindfulness of doing nothing.
The world hopes for it.
This is a secret method, a hidden method, and there is no such method in the world. This method does not pass on three mouths and six ears.
