On December 4, the Xujiahui Judicial Office carried out a large-scale legal service activity in front of Xujiahui Academy, and a public interest legal service group of nearly 50 people composed of judges of the district court, prosecutors of the district procuratorate, young cadres of the District Judicial Bureau, police officers of the Xujiahui Police Station, and staff and lawyers of the Market Supervision Office, Urban Management Squadron, and District Notary Office provided consulting services to community residents.
On December 6, the Longhua Judicial Office held a large-scale theme publicity activity of "vigorously promoting the spirit of the Constitution and building a socialist rule of law culture" in Longling Square, and cooperated with Xuhui Court, Community Safety Office, Xuhui Notary Office and many other departments to carry out activities through various forms such as constitutional brochures, constitutional posters, legal consultation, and anti-drug display board publicity.

On December 1, with the theme of "vigorously carrying forward the spirit of the Constitution and building a socialist rule of law culture", Hunan Street organized cadres to open a red research activity - a walking red rule of law culture classroom to feel the rich "law" atmosphere under the sycamore tree.
On December 5th, the Lingyun Judicial Office held a constitutional knowledge contest in the street, where cadres of government agencies, urban management law enforcement personnel, and cadres of neighborhood committees formed their own teams, and the competition was divided into compulsory questions, rush answers and risk answers.

The Changqiao Judicial Office, together with the Xuhui District Women's Federation and the "Under the Gantang Tree" Longbridge Workstation of the Xuhui Court, came to the Shanghai Technical School for Deaf and Dumb Youth to understand the legal needs of the students in their daily lives, and at the same time participated in the discussion of youth cyber security issues.
Tianping Street invited Officer Li from the police station to walk into Weiyu Junior High School together, and through the promotion of constitutional knowledge to the students, they had a deeper understanding of the Constitution, strengthened the concept of the rule of law, cultivated the belief in the rule of law, improved the awareness of the rule of law and self-protection ability of young people, and planted a seed of the rule of law in their hearts.

On December 5th, the Xuhui District Party Committee Office of the District Party Committee, the Xuhui District Legal Publicity Office, and the Caohejing Development Zone Headquarters carried out the thirteenth phase of the first-line interpretation of the law in the park. Three members of the legal expert group and publicity team of the Alliance for Helping Enterprises, as well as the prosecutors of the Xuhui District People's Procuratorate and the police of the Hongmei Police Station, gave special lectures on the theme of "Embracing AIGC - Legal Challenges and Practical Guidelines in the Era of Generative Artificial Intelligence", and representatives of more than 70 enterprises in the park participated in the event.
On December 5, the Hunan Judicial Office launched the "Rule of Law and Health Together" rule of law publicity into the building at the Century Business Plaza. At the event site, the staff of the judicial office popularized the law on the spot to the white-collar workers who came to participate in the competition, distributed the "Constitution of the People's Republic of China", the "Civil Code" and the leaflets of "Walking on the streets of Hunan to meet the beauty of the rule of law", popularizing legal knowledge to white-collar workers on the spot, providing legal advice and other services.

On the morning of December 1, the main event of the 10th National Constitution Day of Xuhui District in 2023 and the 35th Shanghai Constitution Publicity Week with the theme of "A Better Life, the 'Constitution' is in Progress" was successfully launched in the Shanghai Botanical Garden. During the two-day event, there were not only consultations and promotions of legal knowledge such as zero distance for law popularization, anti-fraud shops, and rule of law corridors, but also fun games with hands and brains. Combined with the explanations of professional volunteers, we can learn and play at the same time, so that the knowledge is no longer obscure.
In order to welcome the National Constitution Day and promote the popularization of Constitution-related knowledge, the Xujiahui Legal Park, located in Shangfa Square at the north gate of Xujiahui Park, has been upgraded, adding many small landscapes related to constitutional knowledge, and becoming a good place for surrounding residents to check in and learn Xi constitutional knowledge in their leisure time.
