At about 4 o'clock in the morning on November 4, the Pinglu Police Station of the Hongqing Branch of the Public Security Bureau of Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province, received a report from the masses that an elderly man was lost in a certain community. When the police arrived at the scene, they found that the old man had a slurred speech and did not have his documents. Because of the cold weather, the police temporarily took the elderly to the "Warm Heart Police Meeting Room" of the community police room to take care of them. After many contacts, the police finally found the relatives of the old man and took him home safely.
Since the beginning of this year, the Hongqing Branch has taken multiple measures to protect safe production, strengthen patrol prevention and control, optimize the business environment, sincerely serve the masses, and strive to escort enterprises.
Provide warm service.
At the Changping Road Police Station of the Hongqing Sub-Bureau, the "Warm Heart Police Meeting Room" of each community police room has a special "key storage box", which contains all kinds of keys, including door locks, cars, motorcycles, and electric car ......Among them, there are not only residents who voluntarily store them, but also those who take the initiative to hand them over after picking them up.
There are more than 13,000 employees of aerospace enterprises in our jurisdiction. Wang Yazhou, director of the Changping Road Police Station, said that in the past, there were often elderly people in the jurisdiction who could not enter their homes because they lost their keys. At the beginning of 2021, the Changping Road Police Station set up a "key storage box" in the "Warm Heart Police Meeting Room" of each police room, and the elderly left the key in the police room when they left the community and then went out, so that they would never be unable to enter the house because of "losing the key".
"Key storage boxes" like the Changping Road Police Station are all over the "Warm Heart Police Meeting Room" in every police office of the Hongqing Substation, and dozens of elderly people store their keys or collect lost keys every day. When encountering the elderly with inconvenient legs and feet and difficulty in moving, the police on duty will also carry the elderly upstairs, send them home, and close the door before leaving.
Strengthen institutional building.
The Hongqing Branch demarcated the "responsibility area" for all the community police in each police station, and the Changping Road Police Station divided the four living quarters of the aerospace community into four patrol groups, and adopted the method of "three shifts and two operations", with four community police leading a number of public security assistants and community property security guards to take turns patrolling on foot to ensure that they were on call 24 hours a day.
The Hongqing Sub-Bureau has established a "police school co-construction" mechanism, and installed a "one-key alarm" system for all primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in the jurisdiction to achieve "one point is connected, one call is answered". On this basis, the Hongqing Branch has carried out a wide range of activities to create a "safe campus", and ensured the safety of the campus in the jurisdiction by building a strong campus police room and carrying out regular patrols and school protection.
The enterprises in the jurisdiction are distributed in the mountains of dozens of square kilometers at the foot of the Qinling Mountains, and the jurisdiction of the Mandaoao Police Station of the Hongqing Branch is bordered by the jurisdiction of 6 police stations in the surrounding counties and districts, and the farthest police distance is more than 50 kilometers.
