Geely's Hubei Xinqing Technology***hereinafter referred to as "Xinqing Technology") recently announced that its first domestic 7nm automotive-grade chip "Longying No. 1" has successfully exceeded the delivery volume of 200,000 pieces, which marks a phased victory for Geely in the field of automotive chips.

According to the official statement of Xinqing Technology, the models that have been delivered on a large scale include Lynk & Co 08, Lynk & Co 06 EM-P, Ruilan 7, etc., and the successful delivery of this series has been recognized by mainstream car manufacturers such as Geely and FAW, and more than 20 models have been used at designated points. At the same time, SiEngine has also successfully promoted a number of cooperation projects with Tier 1 companies at home and abroad.

The "Dragon Eagle 1" uses 7nm process technology, equipped with 8 CPU cores, 14 core GPUs, and 8 TOPS INT8 programmable convolutional neural network engine. This chip reaches AEC-Q100 Grade 3 level, conforms to the ASIL-D standard security island design, has a built-in independent Security Island, provides a high-performance encryption and decryption engine, supports a variety of national cryptography algorithms, including SM2, SM3, SM4, and supports functions such as secure boot, secure debugging, and secure OTA update. In addition, SiEngine also highlighted the support of "Dragon Eagle One" for LPDDR5 memory, with a maximum performance of 6400MTS.

In 2021, Geely put forward the "Smart Geely 2025" strategy, which regards intelligence as the core technology capability built by Geely Group in the next five years. Chips, software operating systems and technical data are the cornerstones of building an "intelligent technology ecosystem", among which the "Longying No. 1" automotive-grade chip, as a key component of Geely's strategy, provides strong support for future automotive technology innovation.
