1. The pouring of the fan foundation of a project is interrupted
Due to the impact of rain, the pouring of the fan foundation of a project was interrupted, and the site ** is as follows:
Fan foundation on-site pouring diagram 2.
It can be seen from ** that the on-site construction personnel have put on raincoats and are paving concrete and vibrating.
Due to the impact of sudden rainfall, it is difficult for concrete tankers to go up the mountain. In order to avoid the safety accident in the process of tanker transportation, after completing 70% of the concrete pouring, the on-site safety management personnel decided to suspend the tanker going up the mountain, resulting in the discontinuous pouring of the fan foundation.
Second, the treatment plan
The pouring of the wind turbine foundation was interrupted due to weather conditions. The foundation pouring is generally more than 10 hours, and the total amount of concrete for the fan foundation of this project is 650m, and 450m has been poured.
It is expected that the next 2-3 days will continue to rain, the initial setting time of concrete is 1-3 hours, and the final setting time shall not be later than 10 hours. Therefore, it is necessary to take emergency measures: reserved inserts, plum blossom arrangement, spacing 500mm, diameter 16-20mm.
3. Concrete secondary pouring process
Use an electric drill or hand air drill to remove the unvibrated and compacted part of the foundation surface and the floating slurry, and rinse it with a water gun.
The old concrete is wetted before the second pouring.
Coat a layer of cement slurry interface agent with the same mix ratio as the foundation concrete.
Concrete with a strength grade higher than the original concrete is used for secondary pouring.
