Recently, the Old Summer Palace Museum was officially inaugurated in the Zhengjue Temple of the Old Summer Palace in Beijing, expanding the territory for the construction of the Haidian Three Mountains and Five Gardens Museum Group, adding a new logo, and further enriching and enlivening the cultural life of the general public. Since 2020, when Beijing put forward the concept and goal of building a "city of museums", Haidian District has been based on the construction of the "Three Mountains and Five Gardens National Cultural Relics Protection and Utilization Demonstration Zone", relying on rich museum resources, to build a museum group of Haidian Three Mountains and Five Parks, revitalize cultural heritage, empower a better life, and help Beijing build a "city of museums".

The panoramic immersive flight experience space of "Thousand Machines Yuanming" in Shiguang Trading Street, the Yuanming Spiritual Realm - Yuanmingyuan Immersive VR Experience Hall, the 720 Crossing Spaceship at the Junction of the Three Parks and other experience venues, and the "Western Building Digital Reality + Virtual Display" allow visitors to experience the artistic charm of "technology + culture" in the art of light and shadow.
At the same time, the Summer Palace Museum, which was established in 2021, also tells the high-quality cultural relics and culture of the Summer Palace Museum through cloud viewing, 3D stereoscopic guide system, online live exhibition viewing and "Summer Palace Lecture Hall", etc., allowing the audience to experience the new experience of the integration of technology, cultural tourism, digital and art, showing the new trend, new trend and new development of Haidian cultural tourism, and feeling the new charm of digital technology empowering cultural tourism.
It is understood that the Sanshan Wuyuan Art Center project under construction in Haidian Park is expected to open to the public in the first half of 2024.
