The ACFTU will arrange 500,000 yuan of guiding funds for the trade union assistance centers included in the pilot projects and 100,000 yuan for enterprises (industrial parks) to cultivate innovative assistance service employee projects.
The notice emphasizes that trade unions at all levels should coordinate and integrate the existing funds and resources for serving employees, set aside special funds, and support the development of pilot projects. Actively explore the development and cultivation of assistance service projects aimed at solving the urgent needs of the workers, innovate service models such as difficulty assistance, health services, life welfare, vacation and leisure, cultural and sports activities, and quality improvement, and establish a value chain system of the first-chain industrial chain of employee services. It is necessary to pay attention to the project reserve of serving employees and establish a project library to improve the quality of life of employees.
The notice pointed out that it is necessary to continue to promote the "Caring for Employees Public Welfare Partner Program", pay attention to the joint public welfare charity, caring enterprises, volunteer services and other public welfare partners who pay attention to the work of trade unions and employees, and build a collaborative model of "trade union assistance center + service base + public welfare partner + enterprise trade union" to provide systematic, professional and precise services for employees.
The notice requires that trade unions at all levels should strengthen the management of digital platforms, make full use of artificial intelligence, further strengthen the digital empowerment of improving the quality of life of employees, discover, respond to and serve the massive and diverse needs of employees, implement digital management of assistance service projects, form a work system and standardized indicators, and establish an intelligent platform for serving employees.
