5.Spirit: refers to the mental state and temperament performance of athletes in martial arts. The spirit needs to cooperate with the elements such as techniques, eyes, body, and footwork in order to better play the offensive and defensive role of martial arts.
6.Breath: refers to the method and rhythm of breathing in martial arts. The breath needs to be coordinated with the techniques, eyes, body, footwork, spirit and other elements in order to better play the offensive and defensive role of martial arts.
The above six aspects are the basic elements of martial arts training, and each aspect requires long-term training and practice to become proficient. At the same time, these six elements are also interrelated and mutually influential, and only by organically combining them can we better play the offensive and defensive role of martial arts.
