On December 17, the 2023 Forbes China Top 100 Craftsmen Award Ceremony was held at the China World Hotel in Beijing. It is reported that the China Guangcai-SCO Economic and Trade Division was jointly initiated and prepared by China Guangcai International Investment Group and relevant institutions of the SCO Secretariat based on a series of consensus reached by Hu Deping when he met with SCO Secretary-General Vladimir Norov at the headquarters of China Guangcai Group on December 21, 2021.
