On the morning of January 8, 2024, the pre-trial meeting of the national standard for "Warehouse Receipt Elements and Format Specifications" (Project No.: 20221061-T-469) organized by the National Logistics Standardization Technical Committee was held in Beijing. Cui Zhongfu, vice president and secretary general of China Federation of Logistics and Purchasing, and executive deputy director of the National Logistics Standardization Technical Committee, attended and presided over the meeting.
The standard was proposed and centralized by the National Logistics Standardization Technical Committee, and drafted by the China Warehousing and Distribution Association, China ** Industry Association, Huaxia Bank Co., Ltd. and other units. The standard defines the types of warehouse receipts, specifies the elements of warehouse receipts and the format of warehouse receipts, and applies to warehouse receipts used in warehousing activities.
The pre-trial expert group on the day by industry associations, scientific research institutes, colleges and universities, enterprises 13 experts, the expert group listened to the standard drafting team on the standard revision process and content report, the standard text was reviewed one by one, after questioning and discussion, it was agreed that the standard will further improve the standard management level of warehouse receipts of warehousing and logistics enterprises, and promote the transformation and upgrading of warehousing and logistics enterprises and high-quality development.
At the end of the meeting, the expert group unanimously passed the pre-review of the standard, and suggested that the drafting team revise and improve the draft of the standard for review according to the opinions put forward by the experts, and submit it to the National Logistics Standardization Technical Committee for review as soon as possible.
