Good class management I mainly focus on the following:

5. Routine education is repeatedly grasped and grasped repeatedly. Mainly from seeing the teacher to say hello, it is strictly forbidden to chase and fight between classes;Learn to take the initiative to share the labor tasks of the class;Strict requirements such as not being late for class and recess, and taking the initiative to wait for class three minutes in advance, so that students have rules to follow in the class and act according to the rules and regulations of the class.
6. Use all available time to strengthen the education of students' behavioral norms. I often take advantage of the fifth period of self-Xi in the morning and the six o'clock in the afternoon and the evening when the students return to school on Sunday to summarize the students' daily or weekly Xi, discipline, hygiene, etc., and re-standardize and re-educate the students in learning Xi and discipline, and encourage the students, and at the same time provide psychological counseling to the students, so that they can realize the importance of learning Xi and be able to gradually fall in love with the Xi and enjoy the Xi of learning. This is also in line with my educational philosophy of "so that every child can grow up healthy and happy in school, and be able to learn and learn".
7. I pay special attention to the physical and psychological safety and health education of students, and also pay special attention to health and epidemic prevention work, because I know that there is no good health and everything else is a fantasy, so I always pay special attention to the problems of students, and often teach students to learn life and how to adjust themselves psychologically through various ways such as playing promotional videos to better adapt to school life. For example, when students are in a bad mood and depressed, I will first "empathize" with them, empathy is a bridge into the students' hearts, so that students can feel the class teacher's understanding of their emotions, and students will be willing to pay respects to the class teacher. Only in this way will students be willing to confide in the class teacher, and the class teacher will have the opportunity to teach students how to manage their emotions.
There is no right or wrong in the emotions themselves. From this point of view, the effect of affirmation and appropriate praise for students is also very important. In addition, it also reminds everyone that if the student's performance is really bad, the punishment or withdrawal is a foregone conclusion, and some untimely praise should not be repeated, but the student and his parents must recognize the facts and face it objectively!
