As an important part of the socialist education system with Chinese characteristics, labor education directly determines the labor spirit, labor value orientation and labor skill level of socialist builders and people. As an important gathering place of talent and intellectual resources and the source of scientific and technological innovation, colleges and universities should not only attach great importance to the unique educational function of labor education in the process of educating people, actively build a scientific labor education system, and establish a long-term mechanism for labor education, but also uphold the purpose of serving the society, keep up with the needs of social development in serving rural revitalization, continuously promote work innovation, strengthen labor education by promoting the spirit of labor, build a collaborative mechanism and evaluation system for labor education to promote rural revitalization, and lead young talents to take responsibility for helping rural revitalization, hard work.

First, carry forward the spirit of labor, adhere to Marxist labor values, and gather the value gravity that leads young talents to devote themselves to rural revitalization. To carry forward the spirit of labor, on the one hand, we must adhere to the Marxist values of labor, educate and guide students to advocate and respect labor, understand the truth that labor is the most glorious, the most noble, the greatest and the most beautiful work, cultivate the labor spirit of diligence and thrift, struggle, innovation and dedication, and establish a correct world outlook and outlook on life values, so that they can become good young people in the new era who have dreams and are down-to-earth, dare to think and dare to do good things, and are determined to be good young people in the new era who have ideals, dare to take responsibility, can endure hardships, and are willing to struggle. On the other hand, it is necessary to vigorously carry forward the spirit of poverty alleviation. The spirit of poverty alleviation not only contains great patriotism, but also carries the spirit of unremitting self-improvement. In the great practice of poverty alleviation, many touching advanced deeds and exemplary figures have emerged, which provide an effective reference for students to strengthen labor cognition and cultivate labor feelings, effectively guide students to cultivate local feelings, plan career directions, establish ideals and beliefs of taking root in the countryside, serving the countryside and revitalizing the countryside, and encourage college students to make contributions to the rural grassroots frontline. Therefore, it is possible to invite advanced models such as village secretaries and poverty alleviation models to enter the campus to preach the spirit of labor, so as to enhance students' sense of mission and responsibility to serve rural revitalization.

Second, strengthen labor education, build a collaborative assistance system, and unite the system of rural revitalization. In the new era, labor education in colleges and universities should take the initiative to integrate into rural revitalization, effectively participate in rural construction, go to the fields, and participate in production and labor. The key to helping rural revitalization in colleges and universities is to strengthen school-local cooperation, adhere to the combination of theory and practice, strengthen the connection and complementarity between "on-campus" and "off-campus", "first classroom" and "second classroom", and promote the coordinated development of college students' classroom labor literacy education and labor practice ability. On the one hand, colleges and universities should set up compulsory courses for labor education, establish a professional teaching team, add agriculture-related majors, organically infiltrate the content of labor education + rural revitalization in disciplines, and carry out "hierarchical and differentiated" labor education courses according to the characteristics of students in different disciplines, so as to form a practical, targeted and comprehensive curriculum system. On the other hand, it is necessary to strengthen labor practice, make full use of the unique advantages of educational resources in rural areas, strengthen school-local cooperation, encourage college students to actively participate in the main battlefield of rural revitalization, actively carry out winter and summer social practice and volunteer service in rural areas, guide students to apply the theoretical knowledge in the first classroom to labor practice, and promote the combination of labor education with college students' social practice, professional Xi, innovation and entrepreneurship education, etc., so that college students can be educated, grow their talents, and develop talents in the practical activities of the rural frontline. Make contributions, enhance the sense of social responsibility, and help rural construction.

Third, improve the construction of mechanisms, establish a scientific incentive and evaluation system, and create a lasting and constant force for labor education to help rural revitalization. First of all, it is necessary to take rural revitalization as the key orientation of the content of labor education in colleges and universities in the new era, improve the interactive mode of labor education to help rural revitalization, make use of the talent resources of schools, establish labor education research institutes in rural areas, carry out professional knowledge and vocational education and training for the agricultural population through labor education, and use winter and summer vacations to carry out labor projects in villages. Secondly, establish a communication and cooperation mechanism between the society, the society, and the school. By strengthening the top-level design of labor education, we will improve the integrated education system of labor education to help rural revitalization in the new era, and establish and improve the guarantee mechanism for labor education in primary and secondary schools to help rural revitalization in the new era. Finally, it is necessary to establish an incentive and evaluation mechanism. Based on the perspective of student development, rural revitalization, and sustainable development, it is necessary to build a multi-party evaluation system such as public evaluation, self-evaluation, and third-party evaluation. Research, formulate and improve relevant policy measures and management measures, make specific provisions on rural talents in terms of housing, incentives and entrepreneurship funding, encourage and guide more young talents to devote themselves to the practice of rural revitalization, and contribute more youth power to rural revitalization.
