Preparation before the system is turned on during the heating season

With the advent of winter, heating has once again become a topic of general concern. In order to make the heating system operate safely and effectively and provide a stable and comfortable environmental experience, the following matters need to be paid attention to before and during operation:

1.Systems are prone to freezing when temperatures drop dramatically, especially when outdoor equipment occurs. If the system has not been running for a long time or is in the pressure holding stage, please empty the medium in the system in time, and take anti-freezing protection measures to prevent failure.

Antifreeze valves a** should be installed on the system's water and return pipes. As soon as the temperature of the medium drops to 3, the thermostat in the valve will be opened to drain the medium to the outside to prevent the danger of freezing. When the temperature of the medium rises above 4, the thermostat element will automatically shut down and stop discharging the medium.

2.In order to ensure effective circulation, please check whether the valves are open before the system is turned on, and pay attention to whether there is any water leakage in the system before and after the valve is opened.

3.Check the value displayed by the pressure gauge of the operating system to determine whether the pressure is too low or no pressure. The recommended pressure value is 2 3 bar (depending on the system). If the pressure is too low, hydration should be done promptly.

4.After the heat source is started, observe whether there is an abnormal reminder on the device.

5.If the system is equipped with a circulating pumping station (as shown in the figure below), check whether the pumping station is turned on correctly.

The thermometer ball valve should remain open.

The ball valve under the water pump should remain open.

After the power is on, whether the pump lights up red and reports the fault (refer to the table below).

6.Observe whether the flow meter of the manifold has a flow rate, and if there is no flow rate, check the following:

The main valve of the water separator should be kept open, as shown in the following figure ("—is open, "|for closing).

The red and gray screw caps on the water separator and water collector should be kept on:

Water Separator (Water Supply Side) - Rotate the red screw cap counterclockwise to turn on.

Water Collector (Return Side) - Unscrew the grey screw cap counterclockwise to turn on.

The electric actuator should be in a bouncing state, as shown in the figure

The manifold valves are all open, but the branch flow rate is too small (less than 2L min), and the flowmeter valve needs to be adjusted.

For the method, see **:

If the flow rate still does not change, it may be because there is air in the system, please open the exhaust valve to exhaust the air. Here's how:

a) Automatic exhaust of the exhaust valve: the cap is kept loose (1-15 laps).

When the exhaust valve is installed in a concealed space or hazardous area, the screw cap must be tightened.

b) Automatic exhaust of anti-drip exhaust valve: keep the cap tight, and it is strictly forbidden to loosen it.

Be sure to close the exhaust valve after completing the exhaust to prevent impurities in the system from entering the exhaust valve and causing the exhaust valve to leak.
