Recently, the Wenfeng Police Station of the Chongchuan Branch of the Public Security Bureau of Nantong City, Jiangsu Province, received a report from the masses that some people gathered in a rental house in the jurisdiction to smoke "laughing gas". The police immediately rushed to the scene to investigate and found that the room was in a mess, with a large number of "laughing gas" cylinders scattered on the floor and bed. After collecting evidence, the police summoned the three women and two men in the room to the police station for investigation in accordance with the law.
After investigation, all five of them were "post-00s", and they inhaled "laughing gas" because of curiosity and thrill-seeking. The five confessed that they came into contact with "laughing gas" due to the introduction of "friends", so they made an appointment to smoke it, but they were caught by **. After being inquired by the police, it was learned that the five people actually smoked 840 bottles of "laughing gas" in one night!
The behavior of the five people has constituted the illegal use of dangerous substances, violating Article 30 of the "Public Security Administration Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China", and they have been administratively detained in accordance with the law.
Coincidentally, during the winter clearance operation in December this year, the law firm once again found that people gathered in a rental house in the jurisdiction to smoke "laughing gas", and arrested two men and two women, both of whom were minors, and the case is still being handled.
