Get rid of internal friction and reconcile with yourself

In this fast-paced society, we are always in pursuit of more material wealth and social status, constantly comparing ourselves to others, trying to live as others see us. I am afraid that if I slack off a little, I will be overtaken by others. It's like a perpetual motion machine, constantly running.

However, such a lifestyle often leaves us feeling exhausted and full of conflicts. The reason why we feel pain is not because of the thing itself, but because of the contradictions in our hearts. It is to stop internal friction and lie flat completely; Or never stop, catch up. To get rid of this internal friction, we need to learn to reconcile with ourselves, stop living in the eyes of others, stop regretting, stop demanding perfection, stop overthinking, stop falling into negativity, stop setting self-limits, stop hesitating repeatedly, stop self-attacking, stop procrastinating.

First, we need to recognize that much of what we feel burned out is because we focus too much on what others think. We are always worried that we are not good enough and that others will judge us. All the while living in the attention of others. This mentality of being overly focused on others makes us lose ourselves and fall into endless anxiety and exhaustion. Therefore, we need to learn to stop living in the eyes of others, re-examine ourselves, and find our own value and identity.

Second, we need to learn to stop regretting. Life is always full of countless choices, and we tend to have doubts and regrets about our decisions after making them. I often think about whether things should be done, what the results will be, and what will happen if I don't do them. However, regret does not change the past, but rather makes us fall into negative emotions and fail to face life positively. Therefore, we need to learn to accept our choices and face the consequences bravely instead of dwelling on regrets.

In addition, we need to stop demanding perfection. Many people have high expectations of themselves and others, and strive for the perfect life. As the saying goes, no one is perfect. Mutilation is also a beauty. However, perfection does not exist, and being overly demanding will only leave us in endless anxiety and exhaustion. We need to learn to accept our own imperfections, appreciate our strengths, and be tolerant of the shortcomings of others.

At the same time, we need to stop overthinking. Overthinking often leaves us trapped in endless anxiety and worry, unable to focus on life in the present moment. The story of unfounded worries must be familiar to everyone, and there is no need to worry excessively in the face of things that cannot be changed or cannot happen. We need to learn to let go of too many thoughts, live in the moment, and cherish the beauty in front of us.

Also, we want to stop falling into negativity. Negative emotions can make us lose our enthusiasm and motivation for life, and we will not be able to face difficulties positively. We become less and less passionate, less and less motivated, even irritable and impermanent. We need to learn to adjust our mindset and face life's challenges with a positive attitude.

We also need to stop limiting ourselves. We tend to set a lot of limits in our hearts, thinking that we can't do certain things. However, these limits are often set by us rather than being real. Constant doubt makes us fall into low self-esteem; And constant denial can only make us stagnate. We need to learn to break these limitations, be brave enough to try new things, and discover our potential.

At the same time, we need to stop hesitating. Indecision often leaves us missing out on opportunities to take firm steps. We need to learn to trust our instincts and be brave in making decisions.

In addition, we need to stop attacking ourselves. We tend to attack ourselves internally, feeling that we are not good enough to meet our expectations. However, this self-attack only makes us more tired and miserable. We need to learn to accept ourselves, be kind to ourselves, and cultivate inner peace and self-confidence.

Finally, we need to stop procrastinating. Procrastination often leaves us with tension and anxiety and an inability to complete tasks effectively. "Tomorrow after tomorrow, tomorrow is so much. I'm going to wait for tomorrow, and everything will come to naught." We need to learn to manage our time, set clear goals, and take action.

In short, if we want to get rid of internal friction, we need to learn to reconcile with ourselves. We need to stop living in the eyes of others, stop regretting, stop demanding perfection, stop overthinking, stop falling into negativity, stop setting limits on ourselves, stop hesitating repeatedly, stop attacking ourselves, stop procrastinating. Only when we learn to reconcile with ourselves can we find inner peace and tranquility and live a wonderful life that truly belongs to us.
