The second is glutinous rice, which can be made into many flavors in Guizhou, such as salty, fragrant, sweet and spicy or colorful.

They usually put the glutinous rice in a steamer until it is half-cooked, then take it out and prepare it according to various tastes. After adjusting the flavor that needs to be made, the glutinous rice is steamed in a bamboo tube, so that the steamed glutinous rice is not only delicious, but also has a faint bamboo fragrance. However, since it is glutinous rice, it is recommended that friends with a bad stomach eat less!

The next thing to talk about is the artichoke, which can be said to be the magician of food in Guizhou, and it is eaten in a variety of ways. There are mashed potatoes, potato cakes, and all kinds of fried and fried ones. We ate freshly fried potato chips, sliced potatoes and fried them in a pan, and soon we smelled it. After the potato chips are fried until golden brown, they can be fished out, and then sprinkled with their special chili powder and cumin powder, and a fragrant potato chip is ready. These freshly fried potato chips are much more fragrant than you usually buy, and they taste very crispy.

We had just finished the potato chips in our hands when we met a stall fried potatoes. Originally, we weren't going to eat it, but it tasted so good. This fried artichoke, the raw material is still artichoke. The artichoke is first boiled, then put into a pot and fried, and during the frying process, it is crushed with a shovel until it slowly becomes granular. Then add some seasonings and stir-fry. The most important step is to add diced sour radish and Houttuynia cordata.

These two can be said to be the soul of fried artichokes, with them fried potatoes will taste more fragrant, and finally when they come out of the pot, you can scatter some chives and coriander. My friend and I only wanted one because it was a bit heavy, and we still had a lot to taste!

After a while, we walked to a wine stall, which was full of all kinds of wine, after all, Guizhou produces a lot of good wine. I was immediately attracted by the bottle with "Zhijiao Sake" printed on it, and when I picked it up, the list of ingredients on it was only sorghum and wheat. The boss saw that we were interested in it, and immediately brought a small cup to try it.

As soon as we got it in our hands, we smelled the aroma of the wine, which was very strong. I took a sip, it wasn't too spicy in the mouth, and it tasted very good. My friend saw that I was satisfied, so he asked the boss how to sell this, and before I could say anything to dissuade him, he had already placed an order.

We continued to explore the food with wine, ate a lot of snacks, and decided to go for a main dish, so we chose a teppanyaki restaurant. Both of us like to eat teppanyaki, and when we come to Guizhou, of course, we have to try Guizhou's teppanyaki. After we ordered the food, we sat and waited, and talked about the best food we had today, and talked about some trivial things in life.

As long as the two of us stay together, there is always something to say, and the teppanyaki is on the table, and it tastes very good. I sandwiched a piece of meat, which was crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, which instantly increased my appetite. The amount of teppanyaki is very large, the various meats are not particularly fishy, and the various vegetables are very fresh.

It was one of the best teppanyaki we've ever eaten, and we almost finished the dish with rice. I have to say that Guizhou is a food paradise, with all kinds of delicacies, and the taste is quite good. Friends who have time can really come to Guizhou to feel it.
