1. Project background.

With the development of the pig industry, the sewage discharge of pig farms has been increasing, which has caused serious pollution to the environment. In order to solve this problem, a 3,000-head pig farm decided to introduce sewage treatment equipment to effectively treat the sewage of the pig farm. This program aims to provide a scientific, reasonable and feasible sewage treatment plan for the pig farm, ensure that the treated sewage meets the discharge standards, protect the environment, and promote the sustainable development of the pig industry.

Second, the sewage treatment process.

1.Pretreatment: The pig farm wastewater first enters the pretreatment tank to intercept large particles of solids and floating matter through the grid, and then enters the grit tank to remove heavy particles such as sand and gravel.

2.Regulating tank: The water quality and quantity of pig farm sewage are adjusted in the regulating tank, so that the water quality is uniform and stable, which is convenient for subsequent treatment.

3.Anaerobic Reaction Cell: The anaerobic reaction cell uses the metabolism of anaerobic bacteria to decompose macromolecular organic matter into small molecule organic matter and release methane gas at the same time.

4.Aerobic biological contact oxidation pool: The aerobic biological contact oxidation tank adopts the biofilm method to degrade organic matter through the metabolism of aerobic microorganisms, and at the same time remove pollutants such as ammonia nitrogen and phosphorus.

5.Sedimentation tank: The sedimentation tank settles the suspended solids in the sewage and separates it from the treated water.

6.Disinfection pool: The disinfection pool is disinfected with chlorine dioxide to kill pathogenic microorganisms and ensure the safety and reliability of the treated water.

7.Standard discharge: After the above treatment, the indicators of pig farm sewage meet the discharge standards, and can be safely discharged or used for farmland irrigation.

3. Equipment selection and configuration.

1.Grille: Made of stainless steel, it intercepts large solids and floating debris to prevent clogging of pipes.

2.Grit Remover Tank: Aeration grit remover is used to float the sand and gravel in the sewage through aeration to facilitate removal.

3.Regulating tank: designed as an underground type, with an effective volume of 300 cubic meters, equipped with a lifting pump to lift the sewage to the subsequent treatment facility.

4.Anaerobic reaction tank: high-efficiency anaerobic reactor with built-in packing to increase the area of microbial attachment and improve the treatment efficiency.

5.Aerobic biological contact oxidation pool: the push-flow biological contact oxidation tank is selected, and the filler is suspended biological filler to improve the activity and adhesion of microorganisms.

6.Sedimentation tank: The inclined plate sedimentation tank is used to improve the sedimentation efficiency and reduce the amount of sludge.

7.Disinfection tank: A chlorine dioxide generator is selected to automatically adjust the amount of disinfectant according to the amount of water treated.

8.Sludge treatment: The sludge is dewatered by the filter press to reduce the volume of sludge and facilitate disposal.

Fourth, operation management.

1.Regular inspection: Conduct regular inspection of sewage treatment equipment to check the operation status of equipment and water quality indicators.

2.Equipment maintenance: Regularly maintain the equipment to ensure the normal operation of the equipment.

3.Dosing: According to the water quality and treatment requirements, the agent is added regularly to ensure the treatment effect.

4.Sludge disposal: Regularly clean the sludge in the sedimentation tank and transport it to the designated place for disposal.

5.Recording and monitoring: Real-time monitoring and recording of the sewage treatment process to ensure that the treatment effect meets the standard.

V. Conclusions. This program provides a scientific, reasonable and feasible solution for the sewage treatment of 3,000 pig farms. Through the selection of appropriate sewage treatment processes and equipment, it can effectively treat organic matter, ammonia nitrogen, phosphorus and other pollutants in pig farm sewage to meet the discharge standards. At the same time, reasonable equipment selection and configuration and strict operation management measures ensure that the treatment effect is stable and reliable. The program has good practicability and promotion value, and provides strong support for the sustainable development of the pig industry.
