The "2023 Excellent Intelligent Manufacturing Scenarios" selection activity organized by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and other five departments aims to implement the requirements of the "14th Five-Year Plan for the Development of Intelligent Manufacturing", select a number of excellent intelligent manufacturing scenarios, select a number of vanguard enterprises in various industries and fields, and promote the high-quality development of intelligent manufacturing.

In recent years, the five institutes have continued to help the transformation of scientific research and production mode with digital construction. In this context, Aerospace Dongfanghong Satellite has continued to carry out product digital R&D and construction, and has formed a series of digital achievements such as "full 3D digital collaborative R&D and design of advanced small satellites". Among them, for the overall design process of small satellite machinery, a set of full 3D digital collaborative design platform based on PDM+MBD small satellite machinery is built, which realizes the whole process full 3D digital design method of the whole machine from scheme analysis and detailed design to product **, and the efficient 3D collaborative design mode of multi-person, multi-specialty, multi-subsystem, multi-design stage and multi-design state of small satellite machinery based on a unified data source. Through the construction of four general model libraries, knowledge sharing, design reuse, and state consistency control are realized, and the quality of model design is improved. At the same time, intelligent algorithms are introduced into the typical design links to start the intelligent transformation of the overall design of machinery. Through the application of the 3D digital collaborative design method in the process of model development, the new challenges of many tasks and short development cycle of the current model can be better coped with, and the design quality and design efficiency are improved.

Full 3D digital design is a digital-based product development model, which uses advanced 3D modeling technology to complete the entire process of product design to manufacturing on the computer. This model can not only improve the efficiency and accuracy of design, but also realize the seamless connection between design and manufacturing, shorten the product development cycle, and reduce production costs.
