1. Standards.
Enterprise standard, equivalent to GB126666 and GB T12706-2002.
Second, the use. This product is suitable for rated voltage 06 1kV and below plastic insulated power cables, 450 750V and below electrical equipment wires and cables used in all kinds of places, especially suitable for all kinds of power transmission and distribution, control, alarm and fire protection systems with fire resistance requirements.
3. Characteristics of fire-resistant cables.
1. Long-term allowable working temperature of conductor: XLPE insulation 90; PVC insulation: (normal) 70, (high temperature resistance) 105
2. The allowable temperature of the conductor in case of short circuit (5s): XLPE insulation 250; PVC insulation: 160
Fourth, fire-resistant cable model.
5. Specifications.
6. Product performance.
1. The conductor of fire-resistant wire and cable conforms to the provisions of GB T3956.
2. Refractory insulation layer: according to the different fire resistance grades, synthetic mica tape and phlogopite tape are selected respectively. Class A fire-resistant cable, the fire-resistant layer is made of synthetic mica tape, and its fire resistance grade is 1000-1200; Class B fire-resistant cable, the fire-resistant layer is made of phlogopite tape, and its fire resistance grade is 850-950.
3. The plastic insulation thickness of fire-resistant wires and cables is the same as that of the corresponding ordinary wires and cables.
4. The outer diameter of fire-resistant wires and cables: due to the addition of fire-resistant insulation, the outer diameter of fire-resistant wires and cables is slightly higher than that of the corresponding ordinary wires and cables.
5. Current carrying capacity of fire-resistant wires and cables: The current carrying capacity of fire-resistant wires and cables should not be lower than the current carrying capacity of the corresponding ordinary wires and cables.
