Design intent
The purpose of this activity is to help students understand the basic content of family protection and social protection by using specific examples, and learn to use the law to protect their legitimate rights and interests.
Suggested actions
1.Tell the story by case. The teacher guides the students to read Xiaoqiang's case and think: What regulations did Xiaoqiang's parents and the owner of the Internet café violate in the protection of minors? The teacher shows the content of family protection and social protection in the protection of minors, and asks the students to find the legal provisions violated by Xiaoqiang's parents and the owner of the Internet café. On the basis of the student's search for the legal terms, the teacher presents the relevant legal content. For example, Article 58 of the Protection of Minors** stipulates: "For-profit entertainment venues, bars, Internet access service business sites, and other places unsuitable for minors' activities must not be set up in the vicinity of schools and kindergartens. Operators of for-profit singing and dancing entertainment venues, bars, internet access service business sites, and other venues for activities unsuitable for minors must not allow minors to enter;Electronic game equipment set up by amusement and entertainment venues must not be provided to minors except on national statutory holidays. Business operators shall set up signs prohibiting or restricting minors in conspicuous locations;Where it is difficult to determine whether they are minors, they shall be required to present their identity documents. ”
Article 123 stipulates: "Where a relevant business operator violates the provisions of Article 58, Article 59, Paragraph 1, or Article 60 of this Law, the departments of culture and tourism, market supervision and management, tobacco monopoly, and public security shall order corrections within a set period of time in accordance with their duties and division of labor, give warnings, confiscate unlawful gains, and may also impose a fine of up to 50,000 yuan;where corrections are refused or the circumstances are serious, order a suspension of operations for rectification or revoke business licenses or relevant permits, and may give a concurrent fine of between 50,000 and 500,000 RMB. In this way, students can not only enhance their understanding of family protection and social protection, but also understand that violations of the law should bear corresponding legal responsibilities.
2.Thorough**. When the legitimate rights and interests of minors are violated, the most important thing is to learn to seek help. Therefore, the textbook is designed with a second question: who can Xiaoqiang turn to for help? After the students have fully communicated, the teacher should give a summary. According to the provisions of relevant laws and regulations, Xiaoqiang can seek help from the following persons or units: First, ask for help from other persons with guardianship qualifications; The second is to seek help from the residents' committee, villagers' committee, or public security organ, and the third is to file a complaint with the local committee for the protection of minorsFourth, report the situation to the local civil affairs departments, the Communist Youth League, the Women's Federation, and the education departments to seek helpFifth, apply for legal aid from the local legal aid agency. The third question is designed to understand the student's knowledge of the law and whether the student is friendly, and the answer is open-ended, as long as the student is reasonable.
3.Summarize the promotion. On the basis of students' thinking and communication, the teacher concluded: the protection of minors provides a strong law for us to protect our legitimate rights and interests, and young people should learn to seek help from relevant ministries or organizations to protect their legitimate rights and interests in accordance with the law.
Precautions
First, the textbooks do not present the content of the protection of minors in detail, and there are not many cases selected, so teachers can expand the teaching content according to the actual situation.
Second, teachers guide students to protect their own legitimate rights and interests, but also handle their own relationship with their parents and other guardians when they are confronted with practices that violate family protection, so as to create a harmonious family atmosphere. Specifically, we should be considerate of our parents' intentions, learn to communicate with our parents, point out our parents' mistakes in an appropriate way, and seek their understanding and respectWe must learn to seek help from social forces, such as village committees, neighborhood committees, and government agenciesWhen necessary, they should also have the courage to take up the law** and defend their legal rights. However, don't take extreme measures to avoid causing more harm to yourself and your family.
