In order to carry forward the new trend of the development of socialist civilization and create a new paradigm of civilization practice in the new era, on the occasion of the 38th International Volunteer Day, the New Era Civilization Practice Sub-center and Huajing Community Volunteer Service Center of Huajing Town, Xuhui District, together with Huang Daopo Memorial Park, Zou Rong Memorial Hall, Huajing Photography Club, and Huajing Flower Fan Club, carried out an activity with the theme of "Engaging in Civilization Practice and Building Modern Civilization Together" at the New Era Civilization Practice Point of Longhu Huajing Tianjie.
On the bank of the Huangpu River, the hometown of Huang Po, Huajing was called Wu Nijing in ancient times, it is the hometown of Huang Daopo, a famous textile innovator in the late Song Dynasty and early Yuan Dynasty, creating a grand scene of "Songjun cotton cloth, clothes are all over the world". Huang Daopo is the messenger of "first cotton" and "national integration" who "wears the world". In order to continue the cultural context of Huajing, inherit the intangible cultural heritage, and do a good job in the protection, inheritance and innovative development of the new era. At the scene, the residents and the intangible inheritors of Wunijing's handmade cotton textile skills had a three-spindle spinning wheel experience. At the cultural and creative display booth in Huang Daopo Memorial Park, residents checked in with the seven-color "Xianmian" color stamp, and also received a unique limited gilded postcard cultural and creative gift bag.
Rubbing is an ancient traditional handicraft in China, and it is also the crystallization of thousands of years of civilization of the Chinese nation. Rubbing was born in the Han Dynasty, grew up in the Tang Dynasty, and flourished in the Song, Yuan, and Qing dynasties, leaving a large number of valuable cultural heritage for future generations, and rubbing completely records and conveys the national culture. The rubbing technique brought by Ningguo Temple is an intangible cultural heritage project in Xuhui District, and at the event site, the rubbing experience people who have made an appointment early made a rubbing by themselves to feel the intangible cultural heritage rubbing art that spans thousands of years.
Woodcut is a comprehensive painting art integrating painting, engraving and printing, which is to use different carving knives on the wooden board to express the image by means of carving, cutting, shoveling, chiseling, and scratching. Zou Rong's "Revolutionary Army" is one of the materials for printmaking. Revolutionary history woodblock prints not only show the past of the ancestors, but also the concrete embodiment of intangible cultural heritage, residents and friends through the on-site printmaking rubbing experience, close contact with the heroes, understand and keep in mind the revolutionary spirit of Zou Rong, so that the heroic story "live".
"Jing Cai Light and Shadow" showcases the works of the volunteers of the Huajing Photography Association, which allows everyone to intuitively witness the historical achievements of Huajing Qianmo business district. In the flower fan bonsai exhibition area, through the display of Huajing flower fan club, the concept of popular science health and green environmental protection is disseminated, so that more people can understand the flower bonsai culture and appreciate the charm of flowers. In addition, the on-site civilized fashion publicity activities also include civilized transportation, thrift to cultivate morality, garbage classification, etc.
Through chapters such as moving from history to the future, the integration of culture and civilization, and the accompaniment of volunteering and practice, this activity showcased the volunteer projects such as Huajing's cultural context, civilization publicity, cultural experience, and civilization fashion in the new era, drawing a unique landscape of civilization practice in Huajing, and making the traditional excellent culture "live" and "fire".
