Recently, I saw some thoughts on Weibo from a Taiwanese scholar Wang Mengyuan, who he heard from the famous screenwriter Mr. Wang Hailin. After Wang Mengyuan came to the mainland, he had contact with some ** and scholars, and he found some strange phenomena.
He said that among the ** and scholars he spoke to, the older ones were inclined towards the United States, and they all privately supported Israel. He also heard that at a top university in Beijing, the teachers are on the side of Ukraine, and no one supports Russia. (Mr. Wang Hailin pointed out that this was a one-sided statement by Wang Mengyuan, who knew that there was a very famous scholar at that school who believed that Russia would definitely win and supported Russia's position).
Mr. Wang Hailin believes that these people may think that they represent the majority, the world, and the people's will, but in fact they are only a minority. He also said that Western countries also have such a misunderstanding, they think they are the whole world, but in fact they only have a population of seven or eight billion, and there are many doglegs following them.
I am reminded of Mr. Wen Yiduo, a modern poet, scholar and democracy fighter in China, who once said that during the Anti-Japanese War, the professors of Southwest Associated University fled while mocking the people and the people's resistance to Japan, while stirring up public opinion. They said these things at a group lunch, and Mr. Wen Yiduo was so disgusted that he never ate with them again.
Mr. Wang Hailin, a modern Chinese poet, scholar, and fighter for democracy, said that our intellectuals have a big problem, and they are not as good as scholars from the United States, France, and Japan. They are too selfish, too arrogant, and most importantly, they always want their country to fail. And the intellectuals in the United States are worried that their country will lose, and they are all trying to prevent the United States from losing.
I can sometimes see at dinners that some people are desperately hoping that China will lose, praying that China will lose, and when China's chips are sanctioned, they are so happy, what are they happy about?
Mr. Wang Hailin said that when the United States imposed sanctions on China's "chip war", some people cheered, and he immediately understood Mr. Wen Yiduo's feelings. I remember that in the fifties and sixties of the last century, ** led the ideological transformation movement of Chinese intellectuals, and now I feel more and more that this movement is necessary, and why?
Because this is a necessary means to get rid of the ideas of colonization, old Sinicization, and Kuomintangization. If we want to build a new China, how can we succeed if the ideology is still old, the Kuomintang, or the colony?
At present, there are still many people who have the idea of fearing beauty, flattering and admiring beauty, and the idea of historical nihilism, which is like a small flame burning on the dining table, on the wine table, on the tea table, and even in the heart.
You see some people talking in a weird way, full of grumbling, sighing, they just feel that they don't get enough, their interests are not big enough. They sell their bodies for money, their souls for the sake of the elite. They must become elites, that is, they want to oppress the common people and despise the working people.
Fudan University in Shanghai is a very famous university, but there is a high-level intellectual in it, who openly said: I only serve hundreds of thousands of people, and other people's lives are worthless and meaningless. Even Hitler didn't dare to write this, it's ***!How is it meaningless?Retired old people like me, with low level and poor ability, are almost in their prime, so there is no point for us?
Grandma Wang next door, she was an underground party member before the founding of the People's Republic of China, is she meaningless? The little brother who delivers takeaways, he works hard every day, is there no point in him?Migrant workers, they can't find a job, they have little income, they don't make sense?Only some high-level intellectuals from that school in Shanghai, you are well mixed, have a high income, and are famous, do you have meaning?Even Lao Jiang couldn't say this, and Liu Wencai (a famous big landowner and businessman in western Sichuan during the ** period) didn't dare to say so.
These people are so arrogant, too hateful, but they keep saying that, they keep thinking like this, they are big-tailed wolves. They feel that they live well, and that others have no value in their lives!
There is an expectation for Chinese intellectuals that they will be able to accept the communist worldview on the basis of patriotism. Now it seems that this expectation is too high for some.
In today's China, there are still some intellectuals, whether inside or outside the system, who do not speak of patriotism, and they are like those people that Mr. Wen Yiduo saw, while running for their lives, mocking the Chinese people for resisting Japan and despising public opinion.
Why did the guerrillas fight? Why did the Eighth Route Army fight? Why did Li Xiangyang fight? Why did Li Yunlong fight? Those people felt that there was no point in fighting the Japanese, that there was no hope.
These people seem to be the wise people in the mountains of Yugong, but in fact they are extremely individualistic "kneeling people". When the Russian-Ukrainian war first started, there was a senior intellectual from a well-known party school, who was a doctoral supervisor, and he firmly advocated that it would be too late to abandon Russia and surrender to the United States immediately within a week to ten days. It's been hundreds of days now, what is the result? It's not a big deal.
So these people are extremely individualistic "kneeling", but they will write articles and influence decision-making. I feel like the influence of these people is very bad, very big.
During the War of Resistance Against Japanese Aggression, these people were the enemies of the Chinese nation. In the present era, these people are still the enemies of the rejuvenation of the Chinese nation. Why do you say that?If you don't talk about common prosperity, socialism, or communism, then you should always talk about "the world is for the public", right?
Mr. Sun Yat-sen wrote four words, that is, "the world is for the public". You should always have a little bit of the feelings of the country and the responsibility of the society, which is the foundation of being a human being. Self-cultivation, family, governance, and peace in the world, you can't abandon all of these, right?Even the spirit of "worrying about the world first, and enjoying the joy of the world after the world" is gone, what kind of intellectual are you?
You've read so many books and learned so many things, what's the use?In today's China, you stand on the opposite side of the common people, as long as you can get more benefits, you can do anything, you can say anything, don't you feel ashamed?
Such a person is not our enemy, who is?If we don't get rid of such people, what can we do?Thanks to Mr. Wang Hailin for providing us with such an angle to observe the problem, I also ask this Taiwan friend to believe that the voice of the people on the mainland is different from those who worship the United States and fear beauty, and those who support Israel, and there are many clear-eyed people on the mainland, and the people on the mainland have backbone, conscience, and a sense of justice.
At a time when the Palestinian people are suffering, and the majority of the mainlanders are sympathetic, Israel's actions are in violation of United Nations resolutions and against the conscience of the whole world.
This friend from Taiwan, when you came to the mainland, you have encountered some scum, and you are welcome to come to our neighborhood committee to see those veteran party members and cadres who have participated in the revolution, and they still have a great sense of justice.
